Make sure you check your food when ordering from here. I’ve ordered the lomo saltado a few times, hoping it’s better, but every time I received it I found small, hairlike fibers all over the meat. They must be from the basting brush they used, because I don’t see how they’re always there. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I deliver for Amazon and everytime I deliver to the apartment building across the street I end up stopping here. It’s so hard not to! I eat around at a lot of places since I’m always on the road and I have to say by far one of the best chicken places in the area!!!! Yuca usually made fresh from what I’ve experienced and the pasta salad is amazing. So are the rice and beans. If you order the rice as a side I believe beans come with it so it’s almost like getting 3 sides. Everyone’s helpful and always smiling and do their best to accommodate their customers!!

I’ve always loved the food here — when it’s done right, it’s absolutely amazing. However, lately I’ve noticed something that’s made me stop ordering. As someone who never eats fish or seafood, I can clearly taste that other items are either being cooked in the same pans as the fish or are being served with the same utensils.
After my experience last night, I’ve decided I won’t be ordering from this location again until this issue is addressed. I order rotisserie chicken, not “rotisserie fish”; rice, not “fish rice”; and black beans, not “fish black beans.”
Please make sure your kitchen staff is not cross-contaminating foods. It’s important not only for taste and quality, but also for customers with allergies or dietary restrictions. When your food is handled properly, it’s some of the best around — I truly hope you correct this issue.

Stumbled upon this place and absolutely love it. The rotisserie chicken is so well seasoned and juicy. The yuca fries are also delicious and go great with their sauces. I look forward to being around this area just for this spot. Also pretty affordable in my opinion.

Dont buy lomo saltado here at this location. They barely give any meat for a 20$ plate!!! Do better this location gives super chicken a bad look all around. I have ate at super chicken the original location in falls church for 20+ years and its sad to see a great grassroots business loss quality in food/service because of lack of management and the new ownership caring more about being profitable

Went to pick up my food this evening at around 6 and saw a cockroach on the counter near where the prepared foods are kept. When I notified the cashier, he tried to kill it with a towel. I was so disgusted, I left the food. Serious health hazard; I won’t be back!

This is the second time ordering Lomo saltado from this place, taste of the food is amazing but they only give a few pieces of stake plate is full or rice and french fries for almos $20 sounds like scam. Plate should be call rice with french fries instead if f “lomo saltado” please do better or at least lower the price

I usually don’t do negative reviews but this is the third time we got low quality service from this store. We ordered online for takeout, they didn’t have coleslaw but website was not updated so they replaced it with pasta salad. When my husband went back to get something else instead he got upset and dumped the pasta container back into the container instead of throwing it away. The chicken skin almost burnt we couldn’t eat it, the salsa criolla is nothing but chopped onions.
