Our first visit to this location was on a Monday right after the lunch time. There wasn’t much left and most of the food was lukewarm. The few pieces of chicken that were left were cold and hard. The waitress was nice and attentive. So, in spite of the food, we still left a nice tip because it was not the fault of the waitress. We will be returning there at a busy time to see how things turn out before scratching this location off our list of places recommended to eat.

Have been very pleased on previous visits, but a few weeks ago I went to get the to go buffet, and the black pepper chicken was just about empty, and very greasy.
I asked if they could make more, and the manager said that was fresh, and if I wanted non greasy black pepper chicken I could order it. She stated, in no uncertain terms, they would not be fixing anymore to put out on the buffet until more people come in.
It was old, greasy, hard looking and frankly DISGUSTING!
I stopped by today to place a TAKE OUT order, and there was a hand written sign on the door stating “taking a break until May”.
WOW! Guess I’ll drive to Greensboro. They’ve lost a faithful customer.

I use to take my mama there quite often. The couple there were extremely friendly with fantastic memory. My mother passed do now I take my son and grandchildren. I may not be back, different couple there, service not as good. I paid for tea that went in a sippy cup for 1 and 2 year old. Also, sign on door reminding you to leave tip. I like the food there but I can go somewhere else. Not happy.

I ate at this buffet, food was not very good. The only thing I did enjoy was the egg drop soup. Staff was not very friendly or welcoming other than the young waitress who was very polite and attentive. I dont like that they take her tips neither and were rude to the waitress. Had her doing everything running back and forth and she cant even get a tip. Wouldn’t eat there again.

REAL GOOD Takeout Experience! We had Gen Tso’s chicken, Pepper chicken, Crab Rangoons and some LoMein. All dishes were very good and they jam packed the containers full! The price was spot on and all was ready in an acceptable time for pickup. We’ll DEFINITELY be going back. Might even tryout the buffet next time.

Been going to Super Buffet for several years and never had a complaint until now. My wife and I asked for coke and the waitress gave us Pepsi, should have told us they didn’t have coke but no big deal. I pulled a hair out of my food just as the waitress walked up, I showed it to her and she didn’t know what to say so she walked away. We were just going to pay the bill and leave but then some other woman comes to the table and says she could not find the hair on my plate. I explained that I had already removed the hair and the waitress denied seeing it. The woman said it could have been anyone’s hair including my own but it could not be the employees hair. Okay, sure! Then she was rude and asked me did we not like their pepsi either. I explained that we asked for coke and then she called the waitress over and jumped on her in front of us for not telling us they didn’t have coke. I think maybe they are under new management. We won’t be back. As far as Chinese food goes it’s not very good anyway, it’s close to home.

Food was not up to par on the buffet. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting there all day. I asked if they could bring a fresh batch of something out and the lady said it was fresh it just needed stirring! In fact, it was just old and dry. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but I thought I’d give them another try. Not even a thank you for your business or have a good night. Needless to say, I will not return here at least not after 3 pm.

Worst food I have ever had. My son and myself were there less than 10 minutes, went to the buffet twice and left full plates on the table due to the food not being good. My son went outside getting sick and I was made to pay $23.02 for food we didn’t eat! When I was trying to tell them about the food I was told to be nice and as I told them that was me being nice. I never raised my voice and kept it nice. I will be calling the Heath Department tomorrow as the BBB. My son has thrown up a few times as have I. A normal 5 minute trip home took 20 minutes. With one bathroom this is going to be an interesting night. My God be with you if you eat there.

I come here a lot, food is very good, the waitresses are very nice, the owners are also nice. They have many new teen waitresses they’re learning and working hard, very good service definitely a place I recommend to go eat with the family. Economy not very good at the moment, people get mad complain about certain things just to get discounts or even free foods but I think other wise, more people should go check the place out.
