A bunch of us at work threw down for pizza and ordered from this location. The food was delivered in a timely manner and was fresh and hot upon arrival. The pizzas were delicious. I opted for a small thin-crust cheese pizza pie cut and it was certainly a fantastic pizza. Great cheese pull, well-seasoned with Italian herbs, nice undercarriage, and with a 90’s supermodel-thin profile with just the perfect crunch to the crust. 7.5/10. Cheers!

We like the restaurant and food. Since moving out of the city to Algonquin we still drive in to eat there and I also drive in occasionally to get their Margarita pizza, it’s second to none. Drove in for an early dinner Saturday, not crowded at all. Veal parmigiana and pasta Lucia were superb. Live entertainment, The Music Man was very pleasant to listen to.
Unfortunately, the service was horrible. Our waiter was also taking care of a party in the MIA room and we took a backseat. After we got our salads and finished we waited and waited . After we got our dinner he never came back, we never saw him again. After finishing dinner we sat there waiting…and waiting. I felt bad I had to ask another waiter twice for service.
I’d give a 0 for the service if I could. Every thing else was superb, we highly recommend. I would ask, don’t get a waiter also handling a party in one of the big rooms!

Has been much better in the past.
Our pizza looked great but lacked any flavor even with having fresh garlic on it. Never even smelled the garlic.
Have been a customer for a very long time but this may have been the end.
$10.95 for a kids meal, really!

The pizza here has consistently, over the years, always been amazing! The thin crust has great taste crackerish crisp, and the sausage is generous portions and spiced great; not overly fennel tasting like I’ve had at other places. I highly recommend Suparossa. The 18×24 size is a great deal!

Not only their thin crust pepperoni pizza are more than good. Their services are examplery fast, organized, prompt, and very friendly service. They are very socialable and treat everybody like family. Simply put it is perfect on all levels in my book.

I eat there frequently and have never ran into a problem except when I showed up without a reservation for myself and several friends. We were told we’d have to wait about 15 months. So we sat at the bar had a few drinks and ten minutes later we were shown our table. The food was terrific. They have parking and reservations are a good idea especially if you have more than two people.

Ordered for NYE and it was not good. They drowned the wings in red pepper flakes and they were over cooked. Rest of the food was cold. Had I not noticed they forgot food at the pickup window, they would have forgotten half our order. It’s not the first time we’ve had a bad experience either. They’re very disorganized.

Ordered for the first time in quite awhile. The taste of the pizza we ordered was fine, but I don’t know what the story with the dough was. It seemed really undercooked and soft. Today I reheated the leftovers, and it wouldn’t even crisp up. The dough is a soft limp soggy mess. I know they can do better, because the pizza has been much better in the past. I’m just not sure how a thin crust, wasn’t / isn’t crispy whatsoever.
