In search of a good breakfast spot in North Las Vegas, I was drawn to the high rating of Sunshine & Tailwinds. I headed in that direction and was stunned to find it was *in* the terminal and not just *at* the terminal.

Pretty vibey. If you like planes, and you like pretty gas food, give it a shot. Prices are pretty reasonable, and the fries are good. Good overall view of the airport, and it’s a great place to have lunch with friends, companions, etc etc. A lot of people stop by at lunch.

We had just arrived in Vegas to visit family and randomly chose this restaurant for breakfast. It was a great choice! The food, service and atmosphere was wonderful! It was so exciting to watch the airplanes take off. The restaurants had lots of planes hanging from the ceiling. This was so sweet because we have two grandchildren studying to become pilots! Awesome experience!

Nice Restaurant located inside the North Las Vegas Air Terminal. Didn’t take any pictures, but the food was good down home cooking. Staff was personable and efficient. Very comfortable, and you can watch the planes land and take off while you eat. Prices were reasonable, and the portions were plenty. We will be returning, and I will add pictures.

Four stars for the food plus one extra for the planes – very standard but solid food with standouts being the fries (and maybe the huge short stack) but the experience of eating on an overlook was awesome. Our kids loved watching helicopters take off and planes refueling, and there’s an observation deck attached to the cafe. Very unique and fun experience.

This is our breakfast spot every weekend. I love that it’s like an 80s diner, no frills, but the service is great and you dine among retired pilots and military dudes. Our food is always top-notch, and the bonus is watching planes take-off and land.

Great place off the beaten path so to speak, right on Cheyenne airport. This place been here many years. Food was really good. Had the steak and eggs as shown. The prices are reasonable as well. I truly recommend and will be back.
