We visited Sunshine Sushi in Palm Bay, FL this evening, and it turned out to be a great choice. My wife is the sushi fan in our family, and she assured me there would be plenty of options for someone who’s not as sushi-forward as she is. She was absolutely right. I tried the chicken katsu, hibachi chicken, gyoza, and a few other items. Everything was tasty and served in tapas-style portions, which works perfectly for an all-you-can-eat setup.
My wife ordered several rolls—the Red Dragon Roll, Caterpillar Roll, and Double Crunchy Roll—and enjoyed every one of them.
Our server, Johnny, took excellent care of us. He was attentive, made sure we had everything we needed, and even recommended a few items to try, including the standout fried cheesecake.
Overall, if you’re a sushi lover—or dining with one—and want quality food in a pleasant atmosphere, Sunshine Sushi is definitely worth a visit.

This place is amazing! The restaurant is so cute and always clean. The staff and waiters are the nicest. We never have had to wait to be seated since there’s plenty of seats and very spacious. The food comes out fresh and delicious. The portions are perfect sizes! You can’t beat their all you can eat or a la carte prices.

My family loves this place for a family of 6 they do add 18% tip, but it normally comes out to $186. But it is well worth it, the food is always fresh service is always good. If you like ayce sushi this is the place to go. They have adult prices, 6 to 12 year old prices and 3 to 6 year old prices. They have appetizers, salads, soups, sashimi, sushi, rolls and deep fries cheesecake with ice cream. You dont need to drive to Orlando or south anymore, this place is a must for ayce sushi.

The inside was beautiful! Very clean, well maintained, props to the designer, I kept wanting to look around and admire the decor.
For a soft opening, this place did phenomenal. I love the way it’s set up. Love that it’s more like a restaurant. We ordered as we went, which was way more pleasurable than having everything come at once. I stopped and enjoyed the flavor of quality fish with each bite.
Our server was truly an entertainer! He was personable, funny, and gave us a very pleasant experience! We were very well equipped with everything we needed. Our empty plates were always taken off the table quickly and quietly.

So delicious and great price— been back 6-7 times now!! LOVE my king Kai roll!
We have been here 3+ times now and I can say the lunch price is better with limited options versus the dinner time – hibachi steak (3 order of that). But both time frames the service and food is fresh!! You order and the orders are bright to your table.
