I recently discovered this gem in Lansing, Kansas: Sunshine Nutrition is now my go to for healthy shakes and teas! It’s a sweet little shop that’s run by the nicest people you’d ever want to meet. Every day, I am greeted with a genuine smile and a willingness to suggest a drink that will suit my nutritional needs for that day! I only wish I had discovered this place sooner. Better than Starbucks – for a few reasons – quality, very affordable, cute, cozy, kid’s corner with toys, take out or dine-in, and HEALTHY! You don’t have to be a health nut to enjoy this place cause it’s a logical healthy; you need protein in your diet on a daily basis anyway!
I personally love a chocolate shake anyway – feels good I can have a treat and still have it be satisfyingly filling because it meets my nutritional needs.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! In spite of customers being in and out, they worked together seamlessly, answering questions, providing education on the products and taking care of everyones orders. Amazing teas, shakes and people. As for some reviews who have stated their products are “full of sugar,” as an insulin dependant, type 1 diabetic I can assure you this is incorrect. The nutritional content and their knowledge of the product is on point. Well worth the stop, look forward to going back again soon!

I went in, wasn’t greeted right away. they were friendlier to the regular costumers. (People that go in all the time) I ordered two shakes and two teas. Got my two shakes paid for my two shakes and two teas. then stood there waiting for my teas, was asked if I needed anything else. I told them I was waiting for my teas. Eventually got them. Mind you it wasn’t busy when I went in.
