Service: …
Finally it’s my turn and I’m standing at the register and the young lady looks at her phone, does something at the counter, does something at the register and never once looks up at me or says anything. FINALLY she says how can I help you. Ugh…..I wanted to walk out but at this point i invested too much of my time. I order my tea and the other girl rings me up. Amazing, we went from acting like I was a ghost, to two people helping me.
I pay and now one of the cashier’s says “have a good day”, super enthusiastic, happy to see me leave I guess. She even repeated it twice.
This was just poor, apathetic customer service, which seems to be the norm these days, especially when employing the under 25 crowd. I won’t be back, especially not for a $2.50 Kirkland brand green tea.
