Food was hot and filling. Parking is a little rough as it’s street parking. We got seating immediately, there was 5-7 minutes before the waitress arrive, no pleasantries initially, but food came fast and we were happy. Maybe it was just busy and she was on a task list. Still, overall, great experience. 3 meals, $60.. not bad for breakfast.

Despite the bad reviews of this small cafe, my food was delicious! In the midst of a hurricane, they were still open! Food came out fast and hot. I ordered banana nut pancakes with a veggie omelette and they gave you servings enough for two people. My first time here and will not be my last. I would recommend this place

Breakfast at Sunshine Cafe is worth every bit a breakfast experience. Not a fancy place but just as friendly & efficient as the food is good. I had a single Blueberry Pancake (full of fresh berries). Delish! My husband had two Eggs over easy, Sausage Patties, Hash Browns & Toast. All fixed to his liking. We are visiting here from Wisconsin every March & this is always on our list to not be missed.

I’ve heard great things about the food here but I was not at all impressed and will not return. I wanted Biscuits and Gravy and maybe it was an off day, very disappointing! The worst I’ve ever had and kinda knew that before I even tasted. It’s very hard to mess up B&G in my opinion. Service was good and the server brought out something else for me. My friend also stated that what he ordered wasn’t exactly what he expected from the menu description.

I did not like . The heavily reduced coffee tasted like flavorless water. I asked for a vegetarian omelette with the pure clras and they gave it to me raw inside I felt the raw egg and the raw flavor accompanied by some chopped potatoes with a very bad rancid taste I didn’t even like the pancakes. Also the prices are not for what they offer. The service of the waitresses who serve is very good.

First time at this restaurant in. We ordered the chicken fried steak the chicken fried steak with way overcooked it was hard as a rock didn’t eat it come to potatoes were burnt and have been sitting on the grill for who knows how long absolutely worst experience ever they should be ashamed to even bring you food like this to your table. And this is not a reasonable price breakfast .

Great service from all the staff, coffee cup always checked on, decided to try the chicken fried steak w/ hash browns & toast, 2 eggs over easy. Probably the best I’ve had in awhile. Chicken fried steak had a nice crust yet moist inside, even though it was smothered with gravy. Hash browns also nice & crispy on the outside & tender on the inside. You can tell by my finished plate, I was starving. 😎
