We are visiting from out of town and wanted to find a local spot for breakfast. We walked in and right away knew we came to the right spot. It’s a small diner like feel, and you could tell it’s a local favorite. We were able to sit right away probably because it was late morning but it looked like we just missed a rush. The waitress Lisa was amazing and so helpful, she spent a long time helping us pick things to do while we are in town, then another local couple also got in on the conversation and basically helped plan the rest of our trip for us .The food was great, I got French toast and my husband had biscuits and gravy which I forgot to take pictures of because we were talking. We’ll definitely be going back for breakfast the rest of the week!

Very homey and welcoming! Went up to Buffalo with my friend to go to Canada for a day and we stopped by here and the waitress was so nice, the food was amazing made with love and the place itself was beautiful and homey!

The food was fantastic. The corn beef hash if freshly made. I do like the canned stuff but their version is was really good especially with some eggs, which were perfectly made over easy. The pancakes were also very good. Just basic pancakes but that’s exactly what I was looking for this morning. Overall I would recommend coming here either by yourself for a quick breakfast or bring your family. I plan on coming back soon.

Lisa is AMAZING. I stopped in on a whim and a quick google search, sat at the counter and she made me feel right at home. Gave me tips on where to get the best local food and experience- jolly, and iced the cake by snagging me when I left to take a picture of me “to send to my husband.” Great breakfast- Very small place so I imagine it gets full quick, but there was a little room on this Tuesdays morning. You’ll realize that the sunshine in the Sunshine Cafe, is Lisa herself- and the memory of her momma.

The Sunshine Cafe is a great dinner! It looked like this place had regulars, and that type of comfort for a small business feels amazing. The service was great, our waitress was very nice. The food was fantastic. The rye bread tasted so incredibly fresh, probably the best I’ve had from a restaurant. The eggs were some of the best I’ve had in a while too.
Quick side note, it is cash only, but they have an ATM in the restaurant too!

My family stopped here for a late breakfast. We are visiting the falls from Virginia. The 2 women running the business were super friendly. Food was pretty good. Mine needed salt and the home fries tasted kind of old and cold. My husband and son said there’s were cooked perfectly. I guess I got some leftover stuff maybe. I just didn’t eat them which was disappointing because I paid extra. My husband did not want me to complain partly because we needed to get on the road and didn’t have time to wait for a fresh batch. Also, the inside is kind of worn down and cluttered so it could use some cleaning up. But this is definitely a local spot so I’m sure this is fine with their regulars. Just would have been nice if it were a little cleaner. Overall I liked it though. I’d probably give it another chance if we were in town again.

A nice little place for breakfast if u are a regular customer. But if ur new to the area and go here do expect a long wait for ur meal. We ordered breakfast croissant sandwiches and it was almost an hour b4 we got our breakfast and the coffee was a bit weak for me. The food was tasty once we got it. And cash only. And off street parking.

Lisa was so amazing! We are visiting Niagara Falls for our honeymoon. One of her customers actually paid for our meal! We sat at a big table in the middle and got to meet some lovely locals who ended up sitting with us. This place feels like home! They all were very welcoming & had amazing food! Lisa brings the sunshine to sunshine cafe! Thank you for a good experience and great dinner recommendations! We will definitely be back! She also came outside to take our picture which was so sweet and we got one with her!

Fantastic experience at Sunshine cafe. Our waitress, Stephanie, was very personable, friendly, and helpful during our ordering. The breakfast was excellent, and she kept our coffee cups full, with a smile and a joke. The home fries were fantastic, freshly made. I do think the two eggs, two pancakes and two sausage should be a standard Vinarino trio duos item 😉
