Wish I could give them 10 stars!!! We had our sons wedding rehearsal dinner here. It was memorable & magical. They were fantastic to work with via phone, in person & by email. They catered to our needs & wants. They created a special menu that swooned picky eaters, vegans & gluten free guests. The food was delicious, the service was heartfelt, efficient & thoughtful. Stunning charcuterie boards that were waiting when we arrived out on the deck overlooking the lake. We then had salads, dinner & dessert…all while the sun was slowly setting. We finished things off with a picture taken by our servers down at the lake. I cannot recommend this place enough, whether for a romantic dinner for 2 or a celebration for a large party. We have done both & are never disappointed.

One of the best restaurants we had to visit while in Lake Arrowhead. The croque madam was amazing, the cheese and ham was perfectly melted for the lady. I got the eggs benedict with the addition of salmon on top (special request) and they did it perfectly. The drinks are for the most part tiki inspired but the Thai Spiked Ice tea was awesome. The views on the patio were also amazing. Service was amazing and the food was killer, will definitely be back!

Was recommended to come here and see Casey for his amazing Old Fashioneds—and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! Arturo also crafted some incredible Thai Tea cocktails and Mai Tais that were next-level. The atmosphere was super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also tried the poke nachos and they were so good—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect shareable dish. Definitely telling all my friends to stop by when they’re in Lake Arrowhead. We’ll be back soon!

Had a wonderful breakfast at Sunsets! My boyfriend and I loved the ambience. It was peaceful, spacious, relaxed, and friendly. Our waiter, Arturo, gave amazing customer service and was a pleasure to chat with. The owner was very kind and friendly, as well. My food was delicious, arrived promptly to our table, and priced very affordably! I have dietary restrictions, including being gluten free and vegan, and the restaurant was very accommodating. They were busy for lunch/dinner time the day after July 4 and communicated to us our food would take awhile due to short staffing. They were friendly and didn’t appear too stressed with us despite the issue. It actually didn’t take that long for our food to come out after ordering. The ambiance is pleasant with a tropical touch. We sat outside and it was hot! Definitely try to sit inside during summer time if you can. Their outdoor umbrellas don’t block the sun that well. The food was decent. My fries were a little uncooked and my burger was lacking a little flavor.

We randomly found the best spot in Lake Arrowhead we decided to do a road trip from OC right after the gym. We walked around the lake, stopped at the Coach store and we found Sunsets Island Bar. The food was amazing! I got the shrimp tacos ( lettuce wraps of course ) . Talking to Arturo felt just like home … he gave us so many ideas of what to do after our dinner. And of course we are going to Mackay Park We are so coming back to Sunsets Island Bar and Grill so we can experience the sunset from the lake as we drive a good glass of Sauvignon blanc. And we will for sure end up at the little bar that’s connected … that place look like so much fun… I am so ready to dance

Besides having an amazing brunch. Chelsey & Emily are the main reasons my partner and I keep on returning. We absolutely adore them and ALWAYS look forward to seeing them when we arrive. They have events regularly that’s worth checking out!! Their Christmas concert was amazing and totally worth the price.

Had a wonderful brunch here at sunset. Naum took care of me and was super nice and helpful. They have a nice simple menu that has some more plain choices or some more adventurous options including a s’mores French toast. They even have a cute little quiet patio to sit at by the lake. The prices are reasonable and not expensive at all. Not to mention the portions are good size too!
