We just received 2 smoothies, Island Kale and Honey Citrus Spice. We received the same order last weekend and loved our orders. Drove from PA to this location, the service and smoothies were amazing, it was made with love. Our second time we arrived was today, my purchased the same order again and the individual that is currently working was very negative. My husband noticed she did not greet and when we received our orders they taste horrible. That individual should be fired. She represents the company terribly. And I do not appreciate the incompetence of service and the poor quality of drinks we received. Not only were they disgusting but the drink was handed with a mess, the smoothie was overflowed and spilled on myself. This is unacceptable and I will take my business elsewhere.

So i frequent this place weekly, at least 3/4 times per week. Smoothies and Acia bowls are fantastic. However, I wish there was more customer service amongst the staff, getting to know your names, greeted with a friendly smile, or more engagement overall. I would be more inclined to TIP every time if the customer service was in an alignment with an establishment I spend $50 weekly. They are still however, slow producing results on making the smoothies. I think some time training and customer service training would really get things going here and people get an experience with an establishment they come to frequently.

We grab our açaí bowls here frequently and we’ve never met a bowl we didn’t enjoy! Today we grabbed some smoothies and they are equally as delicious. Added some protein bites for the first time and they were delicious too. Home runs all the way around….as usual here.

I love a good juice bar! Historically, I’ve had my best juice bar experiences out of town. My favorite one being Juice Generation located in NYC, so I was thrilled to learn that a new juice bar was opening right up the street from my girlfriend’s place in Owings Mills. After much anticipation, my gf and I visited Sunset Raw for the first time yesterday. Sunset made an excellent first impression on us. Sunset is very vibrant, colorful and spacious inside. Now, I didn’t catch whether Sunset has free wifi or not but if so, I would totally recommend this spot if you’re looking to grab a good juice/smoothie and chill + surf the web. I bought a juice called Peaceful that had pineapple, apple and mint and was delicious! I also tasted the Strawberries and Cream, Island Kale and Tropical Mango smoothies. All were very good. The customer service was great. For example, I recently found out I have a nut allergy. Totally forgetting about my allergy, I ordered the Island Kale smoothie and had a slight reaction. The manager asked us what was wrong and after we explained the situation she immediately requested that I put in another smoothie order at no charge. I thought this was pretty cool! We’re definitely returning.

I recently tried an acai bowl, and it was excellent. The flavors were fresh, and the toppings complemented the smooth, not-too-sweet acai perfectly. The portion size was generous, making it a satisfying treat.

I ordered the peanut gallery smoothie, which I usually do, and it wasn’t good at all. It was watery, it had no dates (tasted like there was no peanut butter either) and took 18 minutes to make (I checked). There was only one person waiting for their order when I ordered and two people placed their order after and received their smoothies before I did. I threw this away after this picture. I’m disappointed.

I couldn’t be more excited to have a high quality juice bar join the Owings Mills area. Being someone that takes pride in everything I put in my body, I feel great knowing the quality of ingredients used in all of Sunset’s products. From their cold pressed juices, to the variety of acai/pitaya bowls, and green/protein smoothies, this is my go to juice bar everyday of the week. They have plenty of space to grab a juice or bowl and get some work done during your lunch break. They used a plant based protein (Sun Warrior) which I live by. Free wi-fi and ample parking makes it even more inviting for someone like me.
Every visit the staff has been very inviting and helpful with other guests who have questions about the menu and juicing benefits. My favorite choices are the digestivo juice (kiwi, green apple and spinach), the acai colada bowl, green warrior smoothie (amazing for post workout and keeps you full for a long time), and of course the wheatgrass shot I take daily. It’s nice to have business owners and staff really care about the quality of their products and guest satisfaction. Highly recommend this juice bar to anyone in the area!

They were out of so many ingredients that there wasn’t 1 smoothie I could order that could be made the way it was listed. This also happened when I was here a few weeks ago. The cashier was very kind & I got a refund but was just very disappointed.
