We ordered an XL pizza. Half veg and half Supreme. Ingredients were fresh and the crust was excellent. Happy hour on beer and wine from 4-7, which took a buck off my $3.85 Bud Light glass. Friendly waiter staff that helps each other. It has a Friend’s atmosphere. A little noisy would be my only negative

Stopped in last night. The place was busy and the service was great along with the Tumbleweed onion.
However the XL supreme pizza was a huge disappointment. Expected a hand tossed pizza shop pizza. What a got was a under cooked pizza on what appeared to be a pre made shell they resembled cardboard.
With all the other shops in the area not sure if I will be back.

We wanted to go somewhere casual to have some pizza and thought we would try sunset pizza. Pizza was very good, husband got club sub with fries. Draft beer was good too. They were busy but waitress took our order right away and food came out fast. The service was good, the food was good and at a good price. Its a nice pizza parlor.

Met a girlfriend from Beaufort, for lunch and this place is halfway. We sat at the bar and immediately a young lady came and made our drinks. We placed an order for thick crust pizza and another round of drinks.
The pizza came out really fast.
The pizza crust was raw, but it didn’t bother my friend and I am not going to send something back like that, so I ate to toppings of a piece and it tasted good!
She took the rest of it home to finish cooking it because it was rather tasty!
This is a popular place for working folks to get a quick beer and a sandwich, which is probably why the food came out so fast.
There were also several retired folks having a beer and doing shots at noon!

returned here for lunch and will ALWAYS be ordering the Greek salad. I asked out bartender for anchovies, next time I’ll get a side of bread. FANTASTIC!! Friend from Beaufort had the Godfather, which she enjoyed as well.

Make sure you double check your order! You shouldn’t have to, but on multiple occasions, they’ve missed part of my order and still charged me or giving me somebody else’s order. Between the person preparing the food and the person checking you out, you would think somebody would do a better job of quality control.

It’s been more than 8 years since I’ve been to Sunset. Just as good as it used to be. No longer work in the area but family just moved very close. Will definitely make this a regular stop when in the area. Sandwiches are so good!

My office regularly orders take out here since it’s the closest non fast food restaurant to us. They mess up our order almost every time and if it isn’t messed up there’s something else wrong. Ie we all got chicken today (grilled and fried) and it was over cooked both ways. I mean the food is good don’t get me wrong but when you’re paying extra for other add ons you kinda expect your stuff to be right…

First time. Had a slice for lunch. Delicious. Upon entry, it smelled good. Not food smell, but floral or citrus or something lovely. Not food. That tells me the place is clean. That’s golden to me. It might be a girl thing. Whatever. Lot’s of tv’s . Waitress was good. Food was good. We’ll be going back.
