Loved dining outside on Lake Jackson on a warm sunny evening!
There was live music, our waitress was super pleasant and food was good!

I do think they might want to consider putting a fresh coat of paint on the tables and cushions on the metal chairs for added comfort and visual appeal!

We just happened to stop at Sunset Grille and what a surprise. The food was delicious. And the viewof the lake was beautiful. Our server, Marcie was so friendly and kind. We enjoyed everything and will drive the 2 hours from Ft Myers to eat here again.

Sadly this restaurant did not hit the nail on the head. We ordered a few iteams. One being crab cakes, that are frozen patties with mustard on them. We couldn’t eat but a half of one and had to stop. Sadly, not even the fries were good. I did end up sick after. As for the staff they were super kind and attentive. The atmosphere was covered it duck poop, rust, and bugs. In their defense they are located on a marsh lake.

Atmosphere was excellent. We sat outside for the beautiful weather and inside was live music that was wonderful to hear. Service was spot on, attentive and friendly. Drinks were good, not weak but not too strong. Food was flavorful. Only issue was order blackened and that was left off the seafood. It still had a nice flavor for plain grilled though. Everything was good wonderfully.

Stopped primarily because it was waterfront on Lake Sebring. Awesome view, but had to move inside because of light rain and no cover/parasols.
Found the inside a bit run down and lacking any atmosphere for Friday dinner time.
Two of the three meals were terrific, but my son’s catch of the day was almost inedible due to being way too salty to enjoy.

A MUST stop in Sebring! Every time I come home to visit, we have to come at least once at have lunch on the lake! The food is excellent, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the view is unsurpassed in Highlands County! Highly recommend the grouper sandwich, burgers, and gator tail! We love the Sunset Grille! Also, the deck is dog friendly for well-behaved babies and they always offer to bring water. Be sure to make time to stop by and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere

This is great place to enjoy fish in Sebring. We ordered snappers on butter and lemon and they brought one of the freshest fishes I have ate in my long life. Great job guys.

We have eaten at the Sunset Grille many times over the years when traveling to visit family. It is an older restaurant and their lack of maintenance is beginning to show. They have a great location on the lake, but don’t seem to take advantage of that.
Maybe they’ve switched owners or chefs, but the food was not very good this time. The seafood used to be very fresh and prepared well. This was not fresh shrimp and scallops and they were overcooked. When I asked about the ‘scallops’ (very rubbery & didn’t look or taste like a real scallop) one of the staff told us that they were some type of a “mixed re-formed processed ‘scallops'” – so not a natural scallop at all. The menu states “scallops,” not inedible rubbery blobs. The sauce for my dish was a good mango sauce, so the potential is there. The dish looked good, but needs to taste good as well. They just need to go back to using fresh real seafood.
In the past, we would see many dining there – lots of locals. Tonight it was pretty empty. They should consider why they changed what was working before.

Stopped in for lunch and a drink. My wife had the blackened grouper sandwich and coleslaw. I had the blackened shrimp BLT. Both were good. Drinks were good and Jennifer our server was attentive and personable.
