Lots of tasty food for very little money at this clean diner with friendly service and classic interior. The biscuits and gravy are very good, and the Spanish omelette was satisfying. Unfortunately on day we visited, the biscuits were a bit tough, and they seemed understaffed. However, the hash browns were excellent, and they serve classic “drink all day” diner coffee.

Salmon was bland and cheap quality. Salad consisted of lettuce only. Menu said prawns but actually only 4 small shrimp. Clam chowder was out of a can. Parking lot was full but restaurant practically empty…Very deceiving. Will not return.

This was my first time visiting sunset grill on a quiet Saturday morning. The staff was very friendly and I decided to go with a chicken fried steak, eggs and hash browns. I was very pleased by the service, the quality of food and peacefulness of the restaurant. It’s very quaint and appears to have a strong local following of regulars based on some of the conversations I overheard with staff and their patrons.

It’s a old fashion diner. It’s fine. It’s got diner food, also fine. I was there 1 time 15 years ago before this trip and it was the same. They should probably pull up the carpet that’s been there for probably 50 years (I think that’s where the smell that hits you when you walk in is from), but the place is clean. The staff is friendly. The prices are equal to fast food. I’d probably go again if I’m in the area, but I probably wouldn’t plan a trip around the visit.

The was a very spacious restaurant. It was very empty and it seemed a lot of the people there where there for the slot machines. They placed my family of 5 by the doors to the kitchen which was odd because the restaurant was basically empty. Seems like it could be a bgreat restaurant for families with some tweaks yo be more inviting.

People don’t know a good thing when they see it. I seen the people who complain or food food and service here. If they would spend their welfare money any where else they get less. So welfare momas stick it where you will sit on your bottom for the rest of your life

This was the 2nd time we visited the Sunset Grill Restaurant. The 1st time we had hamburgers and I was much disappointed. I’ve had better burgers at a high-school cafeteria. This time, we went for breakfast. The food was OK but not great. If you want breakfast food like you can make at home but don’t want to cook, then you may like this place. Personally, I can do it better and cheaper myself. I probably won’t be back.
