Across the river from Belterra Casino. Loved the outdoor seating. Peaceful and relaxing. Food was tasty. My wife had the salmon w/green beans and Cole slaw. She said the salmon and slaw were great, but the green beans were a little salty for her tastes. I had the country fried steak covered in white gravy w/mashed & white gravy and green beans. All were wonderful and I liked the green beans. Although it’s a 45 minute drive from our house we will definitely be going back.

The place, the food and the view outside was great .
Inside it’s different, if you’re a heavy smoker you’ll be fine, I’ll say it’s a bar, and that’s fine if you’re looking for that.
I was looking for food, so I sat outside, enjoyed the view, fantastic 80’s music and the sweetest waitress took care of us the entire time, she was professional, kind and very personable .
The pretzels were great, tiny bit salty but delicious.
Burger and sandwich were fine.
I’ll definitely will be back.

This place recently changed ownership and it was a great move! We have been coming here several years and only do so in the warmer weather. We choose to always sit outside on the deck and watch the barges on the river. (This is why we only do the warm weather) The weather was perfect, the tables were clean but wet (not an issue- it just rained) and service was fast. Being the 4th of July- I expected a wait or more of a crowd but it was perfect. Food was amazing as always and the waitress was super helpful and friendly.

Friendly service, homemade food. I absolutely loved the gravy. The Reuben was good just needed a bit more sauce and our server was happy to accommodate. My fiancé had the western omelette and ate every bite. Portions are huge. Be prepared to leave full and with leftovers! We did have to wait a while on our food… good food takes time. I think maybe they had to pop more biscuits in the oven. But I’m not complaining because the food was fresh and hot!

Sept 2023: My first time here. It is a clean looking place. Friendly service. Large selection of food. The fried pickles (can’t remember the cutesy name of them) were tasty! The country fried steak & Bourbon chicken were delicious. I absolutely want to come back & order something completely different just to try out the whole menu… everything sounds fantastic.

Our meal was good, but I don’t think we’d go out of our way to come back. The food we ordered was all pretty good. I definitely recommend ordering the sliders! We sat by the window and got a very nice view of the Ohio River. Unfortunately, the inside smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and the live music was decent but very loud (to the point where we had a hard time conversing at our table). We would have sat outside, except it was extremely hot, but I would recommend doing that if able.

I’m a producer of Comedy. I asked the staff if they could pass my contact information to the owners and management. I was called a few days later asking if I could get a certain comedian on a very short notice I informed them that I could not, but that comedian is available on that date. They agreed a few weeks later I produce a flyer that I turned into a completely different staff member I was once again called and was told the flyer looks great. can’t wait for the production over a month goes by then I get a phone call stating to me that the management and the owners have no idea on why any of this was set up. I went in a month before they called hung the flyers up all over their bar and all over the community spent well over $5000 for the fees that it cost to produce a live entertainment show in their area along with advertisement ticket cost cancellation fees for comedian and other things all I asked was for The advertisement call back for compensation. I still have not received any of the such nor have I heard from the owner or the management. I will be sending the full invoice of my companies’s losses that stem from their management. Do not recommend doing business with them at all.
