This was a fun experience. We saw saw the weekly deal and decided to try it. And it was worth it. The tenders were crispy amd delicious and the fries cooked to perfection, their signature sauce was great too. Macy the girl who took care of us was extra sweet and had an amazing positive attitude. I went with my wife and 2 little kids and everyone enjoyed it. The portions of the deal was enough and tasty. Worth your time. Must try!

Decided to try a new spot since I was on the North side of the Cape. Sunset Chicken. Definitely has Canes vibes but the Cole slaw was creamer, the tenders were twice the size, and thier special sauce had one more ingredient than Canes(very good btw). I mean come on even the sauce lid was happy to see me. Lol. The toast was great, but smaller. Everything was hot and fresh. Overall really good place. I recommend if your in the Cape area.

This was our first visit to Sunset Chicken. Ari was very pleasant and helpful during our visit. The chicken tenders were crispy and juicy. The fries were hot and crispy too. We will definitely be back.

Kind of tucked away. Nice new little chicken spot. Coleslaw was really good so was the potato salad. The chicken tenders were really nice and juicy and you can tell that they were cooked fresh to order. Definitely worth making another trip to have some more chicken tendies LOL

Absolutely AMAZING chicken!!! The tenders are huge and cooked to perfection!!!! We definitely have leftovers. Thought my husband and boys would want the 6 piece and they were all shocked that they have lunch for tomorrow. We have been waiting for the Cape Coral location to open and it is well worth the wait! Everyone was so nice and truly showed the charm of Southern Hospitality!!! Thank you for the great experience and Thank you Roberta for helping take my order out to my car.

We had been wanting to try this place for a while and were excited to support a local small business rather than dining out at a well-known chain establishment. Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, the staff member working the front was very rude and unfriendly. We truly felt like an inconvenience, which left us with an uncomfortable feeling throughout the visit.
It’s a shame because the food itself was delicious. However, the lack of warmth and friendliness really took away from the experience, and I’m not sure we would return because of that. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and this visit left us feeling unwelcome.
Update: After our initial experience, the owner, Mike, personally reached out and went above and beyond to make things right by inviting us back for lunch. We decided to dine in, and I’m really glad we did because the experience was completely different this time around. Julia at the front was absolutely amazing as she was kind, welcoming, and very attentive throughout our visit. The food was delicious once again. I truly appreciate the effort that was made, and we will definitely be back again for lunch.

Great experience on opening day! The food was hot and fresh and the employees were kind! The size of the tenders alone puts them well above their competitors. This will definitely be a new go-to spot for our family!
Edit to add: Their food is made fresh to order!! And tho it might be a bit of a wait, it is VERY worth it to have hot and fresh food every time!
