Steep price for what you get. It costs $5 to park and then $5 per person. The parking ticket does get you either free entrance for one person or a free drink. Tons of seaweed at the bottom of the beach that wasn’t cleared away made us not want to get into the water. The bathrooms weren’t kept very clean, toilet paper roll holders were broken. You aren’t allowed to swim until 11 when the lifeguard arrives. However, he arrived around 12, not 11, and then just looked at his phone. No alcohol is permitted, no grills, no glass, no large coolers, and they go through your bags and purses at the gate. Dogs aren’t allowed, yet a woman walked her dog by the lifeguard and it then peed on the beach and the lifeguard did/said nothing.

We live by the lake this is our favorite spot. Beautiful view of the lake and a big beautiful sandy beach. The staff is always accommodating and friendly.

This is a very busy spot with lots of activities for this time of year. We were a party of four. The food was good, portions were generous, but the best part wasn’t the food. It was the servers that were very good. Plus, location is a huge draw. Looking out over the lake and watching the people having fun on the beach was wonderful. Parking was a little difficult based on the popularity of this spot.

Nice place to have fun in the sun. My only complaint was on mother nature. It was an overcast day so when Sun was going down all I saw was clouds. Next I’m gonna have check with the weather man for a clearun cloudy day. I can’t comment on the food or service because I brought my own food and drink. But the atmosphere was wonderful. ⛱️ ️
