The pools, the palms, the ocean, the breaks. Welcome to one of the most dramatic sunsets in all of Hawai‘i. Slide up to the bar in your swimsuit, order a tropical cocktail, and take it all in: the ocean, the pool, the surfers, the people. This is the place to see and be seen. Watch surfers flock to catch the last waves in the day’s final rays while you enjoy live daily entertainment, sip a frozen Mai Tai, and soak in the views. Ke aloha!

This poolside spot provides casual bites, local beers & live entertainment.

Great spot to watch the sunset! The views are really nice and it’s always fun to watch ppl surfing. The fish tacos were delish. The drinks were okay. For the price I expected something better but you pay for the resort setting and the nice views. The plastic cup was a bit disappointing, esp for the pricey cocktails but you’re at a pool bar so it is..

If you’re spending the day cruising up to the north shore of Oahu and you want the PERFECT way to end the night, with delicious, high quality drinks in a spectacular location, look no further.

Very poor service considering you are at the bar located in a hotel resort that costs $1k per night.

Sunset Bar at Turtle Bay Resort is a picturesque location for the sunset as the name states! We enjoyed lunch here with chips and guacamole, an amazing Mahi Mahi fish sandwich with a caper remoulade that was fantastic, and a couple of fish tacos. The service was excellent and friendly as well. We unfortunately missed the live music though so guess I’ll have to go back….

Beautiful spot, awful food and value. $52 for 1/4″ thin slices of swordfish cooked to oblivion and served on greasy mush of what was once risotto. The dry ribs buried in Asian BBQ tasted like something from Costco. The one bright spot was the small but delicious crab cake but only available with $75 prix fixe that’s otherwise forgettable

This is the pool bar area at Turtle Bay resort. We drank and ate at the bar… Very friendly service, both bartenders and wait people. Typical pool bar offerings. Good list of beers on tap and special cocktails. Bar food menu was pretty extensive, depending on what you were looking for. Really good mahi maki sandwich.

Nice views, but $25 cocktails served in disposable plastic cups is a missed opportunity to give one’s customers the experience they deserve.
