It was the end of our yearly ski trip and we needed to stop and grab a bite to eat before we went to the airport. A quick search for a local breakfast place on Google Maps and this place showed up. We took a quick detour to get there and it did not disappoint! The blueberry and plain pancakes were delicious and my other son loved his breakfast with the gravy. The staff were super friendly and this is one of those places you grow up going to…because it has that hometown feel and the food is really good.

It’s no surprise this restaurant has a thousand five star reviews. I came in expecting something mediocre to pass the time while visiting Denver, but was pleasantly surprised. From the atmosphere, feeling like you’re walking into grandmas house (Cozy and sweet), to the profesional and respectful staff, and the DELICIOUS food. The sunbasted eggs Benedict blew my mind.
Definitely a must visit for breakfast and I will certainly return soon!

This place is an amazing little gem. I ordered the Vegetarian Benedict to go. It was absolutely delicious! The portion is generous, I definitely have leftovers! The country potatoes this plate includes are great as well. The staff was super friendly, helpful and warm. I highly recommend supporting this local small business!!!

Probably one of my best places to have breakfast in town, always go to when I have the opportunity. The staff is always friendly, the food is always cooked perfectly, I have no complaints at all. I definitely recommend anybody to go check this place out if they have the opportunity. Thanks again, and I look forward to visiting repeatedly in the future!

This place is great! Locally sourced meat and green chili and the best pancakes I have ever had. A definite if you are in the area and like diners. Also the staff are awesome- great customer service. Definitely will be back.

A cute old fashioned diner with a very laid back vibe. A plethora of menu options, but for me at least the green Colorado chili made this a must-try.
I got the Country Breakfast Burrito (eggs, onion, and country sausage) and asked them to smother it in green chili sauce with sour cream on the side. It came with a side of country potatoes. It was superb!
My wife got the 2 + 2 + 2, and told me it was great. In particular the pancakes were excellent. She gave me a bite and the texture was spot on.
Our server was friendly and fast. We did not have to wait for a table at all, and once we ordered the food came out in less than five minutes.
Will definitely come here again.

My family and I recently discovered Sunrise Sunset in Wheatridge! on our recent visit, we enjoyed the blueberry hotcakes, a custom omelette with veggies, and the corned beef hash was out of this world served with the fresh green peppers! great atmosphere & service from Shad & Chris. This restaurant definitely earned a spot as a denver/wheatridge breakfast staple in my book

Cool old school breakfast place. Super friendly staff. Which I had order something different the bacon tomato omelette over English muffins and hollandaise was not for me. The omelette part was super tasty. Wife had the corn beef hash, really enjoyed it.
