Love when you can seat yourself. Plenty of staff. Fresh hot tasty food and reasonable prices. Clear menu options and clean bathrooms. The French toast are my favorite. The tables and counters were clean. Excellent location. Electronic orders taken on tablets with the friendly waitresses. Food was fast and accurate.

After receiving the food and service that I had today at sunrise, I decided I will no longer be returning to this restaurant or any location in general.
Lacey was my server and she was incredibly impatient and rude, interrupting me within my first sentence, before I could even finish saying it when ordering, and correcting me while I was trying to make my order. She also was trying to take my plates anytime I would pause to drink or speak. At one point, she took my plate while it was still next to me with silverware on it, and I was clearly eating. With her constantly interrupting me loudly and being so impatient and rude, I was incredibly uncomfortable.
I also witnessed her being rude to fellow employees.
It’s been a very long time since I’ve had anyone in customer service, let alone a server, make me this uncomfortable and truthfully, upset and ashamed in their behavior. I was once a server myself, so I try to be as understanding as I can, but her attitude and behavior was incredibly poor. Just plain nasty.
I feel sorry for her coworkers just based on what I saw today and her attitude in general.
Food:
Over the last year, of the quality of the food has gone down whilst the prices have gone up. The country fried steak is thin and almost always tastes freezer burnt, and the corned beef hash the last two times I’ve ordered it has almost seemed like it was wet and not fried at all. The prices have gone up, the service was bad and the food is not what it used to be either. It’s very disappointing because this used to be my favorite breakfast spot but at this rate, I no longer will be returning to any of the sunrise locations. So thank you, Lacey, for being the straw that broke the camels back.

Clean environment, not too loud, good service, but the food is mid. The eggs Benedict has “hollandaise” I literally have to put in quotes because it tastes closer to bechamel with a bit of mustard powder added. I was hoping for actual polenta for the grits, but what you get is white grits. It’s fine for the price (very reasonable), but i wish I’d ordered the sweet potato pancakes instead.

I wanted to go there since they first opened in the plaza. So I passed up First Watch and Broken Egg unfortunately because I wanted to try this place. It was definitely a big mistake. I have a picture of me omelet which was tasteless. I took 3 bites. You would think by adding tomatoes, spinach and jalapeños which cost $1.19 each topping and definitely didn’t get 0.25 cent worth of each because as you know those veggies are pretty cheap and still didn’t add flavor and all I saw was the veggies on top. I tasted no cheese no sausage no seasoning. The buttered toast was not melt burnt and tasted old. Awe and no substitutions allowed. This place was absolutely horrible and will never go back again. Like I said it will be First Watch for me better value for the money and flexible with ordering preferences and the food actually has taste at First Watch. First and last visit to sunrise and I’m disappointed very much so

We always love Sunrise Grill! This visit to the new location was a little different because we realized there was no changing table in the women’s restroom. We talked to the front staff and they were very understanding. The owner arrived later and came to our table to personally apologize and say he ordered a changing table and it’ll be there in days. This kind of service is what Sunrise Grill is all about, we will continue to be loyal customers!

The food took to long, the French toast was nasty we have tried this location several times an get the same result. This was the last time for us for sure. The server JT was loud telling customers everyone business about her team mates. She even does obscene dancing behind the counter that can be seen in dining room. Service and food needs to improve before we come back.

First visit to this location. Place is open and seating is well spaced. Sat at the counter. Menu prices are very good. Decided to put the cook to the test with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce along with a side of home fries with diced onions and bell pepper. The eggs were over done while the sauce was less a sauce and more a gelatin gloop. Would probably not order in the future and try another plate. Overall service was decent and the place very nice.
