The place is gorgeous! And that’s about it.
We went for breakfast and it was not good at all. The Belgium waffles the kid and I had were chewy. I managed to eat it, the kid just couldn’t. Husband ordered the gravy which was salty like the ocean and an off color, pinkish brown. Looked to be reheated and was super thick too. Finally the French toast was the best thing but it was only a piece of bread quick dipped in the egg batter and could still see the white bread when cut in and could see it wasn’t sat long enough.
Ordered Chocolate milks that was suggested for us that was not listed on the menu and it was almost $4 a cup we were charged!
The service was slow despite 1/2 the restaurant being filled.
I have also seen the servers smoking out front a few times when driving by.

We decided to stop in here as we got hungry. I’m so glad we did. The food was awesome. Got a signature buger onion rings,street corn, petal onion sauce first time having…delicious. Aunt got bacon cheddar burger did not skimp on the bacon. Mom got classic was done to perfection. Uncle got the tiger ruben, he absolutely loved it….said now he knows where to go when he wants a ruben. Definitely recommend. Forgot to take pics was so good.

We miss the diner in Oxford for sure. It was small and gave you the at home feeling. Don’t get me wrong the new place is ok but nothing compared to PA. We went to breakfast this morning, ordered what we always have, nothing different. It was busy. We sat down ordered our drink orders and 3 more couples came in. Party of 6, party of 3 and a couple. They all got their food before us, mind you we ordered before and were there before. As our food came out my husband saw a black hair on his omelet. Really disappointing. Food didn’t taste the same at all. Needless to say we won’t be back for awhile, kind of sad.

The beef short rid sandwich is my go to. Friend of mine reccommended it and it did not disappoint. Shrimp Tacos were very good also. Reccomend to anyone in the area.
