This was the most disappointing meal I’ve had in a long time. I order eggs Benedict everywhere I go. The worst eggs Benedict ever with canned hollandaise sauce. I sent it back and just asked for 2 poached eggs, they arrived half cooked, not poached. My grandson ordered sausage gravy and biscuits, ugh! Another canned meal. Disgusting and disappointing. I’ll never ever be back.

I was disappointed to say the least. The food was ok. But no flexibility in ordering at all. I don’t do well with eggs making most breakfast spots a challenge. I tried to substitute and they just don’t do that.
I also like ketchup on my hash-browns so I tried their Uptown Ketchup. Not good at all. I asked if they had other Ketchup and they said no very abruptly. Then the couple behind us said they always bring in their own ketchup packs.

Nice breakfast place. Nothing astounding but nothing bad either just good breakfast place. Quick service, pick food that was good and served hot. Coffee was good not watered down like some places. I had an omelet, hash browns and toast. All good and my wife liked the French toast. Would recommend to anyone and would go there again.

We had a wonderful breakfast and lunch with our friends last Saturday. My husband and I were staying at the beautiful courtyard Marriott next door. We were recommended to go try Sunrise Cafe, and so happy we did! Friendly staff, quick service, yummy food, delicious coffee and fresh squeezed juice. My husband had the breakfast special. It was an Indiana tenderloin smothered in gravy on hasbrown potatoes. We will be back!

The food was gross, very bland and seems that instead of quality they cut corners to save on cost (ie. Eggs Benedict is made with sliced deli ham instead of Canadian bacon and the “hollandaise sauce” quite literally tastes like mayonnaise, the bread for toast didn’t even taste like real bread, etc.). My husband ordered a breakfast combo and they didn’t bring out the bacon until we were able to get ahold of the waiter 15 minutes into us eating.
The service is incredibly slow and not great. It seems as though it is full of high schoolers running/operating the entire place – no fault of their own if they are left to their own devices with no training or guidance. They were slow, not very welcoming and just overall seemed they did not know how to do the job.

We used to be regulars here before ownership changed. Went back today for a birthday lunch. I don’t think the server could have been slower and more incompetent if he tried.
Didn’t know the menu, spent more time socializing than checking on customers and had to be asked to bring anything.
I had the turkey melt which looked good but had barely any turkey and the cheese wasn’t melted. The chips that came with it were also stale.

What a difference since the change of ownership. Bad service, terrible food. I couldn’t tell you one server’s name. Everything was either burnt, dry, salty, or all of the above. They promote homemade bread and it was disgusting. Did not taste homemade. It took us forever to cash out because the server neglected us, until she finished gossiping (in front of us). $75 later for 4 people for breakfast and no one was satisfied.

Katelyn was a great server!! We had amazing food on a busy day and got great service! I highly recommend the breakfast quesadilla!! The egg white omelet we got had to be sent back but they fixed the situation quickly and we didn’t mind because stuff like that happens! Katelyn was super nice and made our time perfect with her kindness, patience, and attentiveness!

We love Sunrise Cafe! My husband and I stopped in this past Sunday for brunch. I was so excited to try it and it definitely lived up to my expectations! My breakfast was good & I tried the chicken tenders despite my husband never wanting me to have a bite of his food. It was all so good! It was pretty busy when we were there, so we clearly aren’t the only ones who enjoy it! Our waitress was super kind & quick as well. It wasn’t overpriced brunch food. Worth the money spent. We will definitely be back!

Fuss-free and even though it was a tad busy we were promptly seated. It has quaint diner vibes. Waiter came over promptly to get our orders and the food came out quite quickly. The hash browns were more crispy than I’d have liked, but the eggs were great. Wasn’t a fan of the gravy either, but then again it has been a very long time since I had some.
