Should have looked the place up before stopping. Wasn’t aware it was a Mexican restaurant. And paying $13 for a quesadilla, no sides, ridiculous. I had to pay extra for the fries. Definitely not going back.

Food was on the lower end of standard. French toast was rather tough, but the ham and eggs were good.

The food was good but not something I’d go back to have again. Do not show up hungry. 37 minutes after our order we finally got our food. Biscuits and gravy plate and chicken fried steak. The waitress was very nice and we were told to sit where we wanted.

Well we had to ask twice, after our breakfast was delivered, for utensils. By the time they were plopped down on our table the bacon was barely warm. When the silverware was finally dropped on the table i asked about the toast that was part of our menu selection that was missing. We are brought one piece of toast apiece. No butter no jelly no jam. Probably my fault. I did say toast with the meal.,not toasts. All this service with cold eggs and almost warm bacon for a ‘paltry’ 25$! When i said something of this when paying out the cashier, I’m .guessing, couldn’t understand my thick Oklahoma accent and dismissed me with a shrug of her shoulders and a nod towards the doorway. And i accept the blame for this unfortunate incident we suffered through. Because i am the one who popped off “Gee, why don’t we go have breakfast at a restaurant!” Instead of staying home and cooking breakfast.

Worth the wait! This place was really busy when we went and I can see why. It’s nothing fancy inside, but I don’t go to restaurants for the decor. The Woodward Skillet was flavorful and my eggs were cooked exactly as ordered. The green chili sauce wasn’t spicy at all, for anyone wondering. I live in NM now so, green or red chili sauce is always spicy there. The serving size was generous and I couldn’t finish it all. I can’t wait to have leftovers!

Stopped here for breakfast on the way to Colorado. There was a good selection of Tex-Mex breakfast dishes. There was only one waitress and she did her best to keep up with all the diners. The food came out fairly quick and was delicious. Atmosphere is plain but the restaurant was clean.

When my husband and I went in the second week it opened, the service was poor and the food was cold.
The second time we went in and every time after that, it’s been absolutely wonderful!
It’s worth a second chance for sure.
My husband and I love this place now.
The breakfast is good & the Mexican food tastes homemade. We love the spicy salsa!
The service in the morning is very good.
The owner is normally on the floor helping in every way she can.
A wonderful restaurant ran by wonderful people!

Food was amazing. I had French toast, bacon and hash browns. My husband had the boomer special with a side of pancakes. We both really enjoyed breakfast this morning. Service was wonderful. Our waitress always made sure we were doing good. The only thing I wish is they would have had decaf coffee. All in all; 10 stars in my opinion!

Absolutely terrible service with the waitress literally laying on the table to take our order, the coffee cup and silverware were disgusting, the food was just as bland as I’ll get out, and the bill was 50$ for 3 people getting biscuits and gravy. Definitely not the place to stop in Woodward we have a lot better to offer.
