Service was fast and friendly. Greated and seated instantly. Country fried steak was excellent and I really enjoyed their cheesy grits. Most of all very affordable, worth checking out!!

Best breakfast I have EVER had at any restaurant! I got the Bistro shrimp and grits, and my husband got the crab shrimp and grits. Both were perfect, and I’ve never rated anything perfect before. The servers were quick, amiable, and amusing. They kept telling us that our table smelled good as they walked by. ☺️. The only problem is that this restaurant is about 4 hours from our home. Sigh.

Quality food and good service in proximity to Charleston.
We stopped here for a late breakfast after a long road trip, and they took good care of us as well as filling us up well for the rest of the day.
Shrimp and grits can be hard to pull off well, and there may have been a little too much of the sauce for me, but it was good food.
Worth a visit!

No fuss, no muss low country breakfast place. Fast and friendly service. Menu is full of excellent choices for breakfast. When I’m in the mood for something savory I choose the country fried steak benedict. The flavor combinations are interesting. The portion is generous and I like to add a little kick to the gravy by adding some of the local hot sauce that they make readily available. When I want something sweet I go with the crepes with whipped cream, strawberries, and Nutella. Sure I get a solid sugar high and usually try to offset that by drinking way too much of the their French roast coffee but after all breakfast is supposed to be fun, right?

What a fun find on John’s Island. I gathered a local favorite, observing patrons coming in and ordering without needing a menu.

Great menu selection. Reasonably priced. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I’m definitely coming back to this little gem of a spot.

Very unassuming from the outside, we actually almost skipped it just based off looks. So glad we decided to stay. Everything we ordered was amazing. I had the breakfast burrito with turkey sausage and my husband had a French toast sandwich. The side of fruit was actual good fruit and not mediocre honeydew like many places. Perfect stop for brunch after visiting the angel tree and tea garden.

Hands down one of the best places we’ve gotten breakfast on any vacation. Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was great, and so was the music! I had the crab cake Benedict & my husband had the country fried steak Benedict. 10/10 recommended.

A local gem we were glad to find. The food portions are amazingly huge. The taste is low country Cajun, so seasoned well but over powering. The service was quick and super friendly, Samantha was awesome along with everyone else. It reminded us our local bistro where everyone knows your name and treats you like family. My daughter had the pbj with a fruit cup, it was a super high end selection, meaning it was not just grapes and strawberries, and the sandwich was bigger than her head. She is a food critic and she gave it two thumbs up! I had the chicken philly, I swear it weighed more than a newborn baby elephant, with the cajun shoe string fries. My lady had the chicken salad with the seasoned coleslaw, the chicken salad was literally over flowing from the wrap like a waterfall after a heavy rain. If you’re in John’s island it’s a must stop.

EVEN BETTER!!
This place is truly one of the best restaurants I have had the pleasure of dining at. Jessica the owner, server, bus girl, floor cleaner is really awesome. Her and her team (Ryan Daughtry) are the best. Our server was phenomenal. I had there rendition of corned beef hash and eggs, one of the best i have had. It had crispy hash browns, sliced CB, red peppers, onions and two eggs over medium. My wife had the fried green tomato open face omelette special it had minced bacon, fresh spinach, cheese, giant fried green tomatoes, with a balsamic glaze. We both had their home
Made herb toast, epic!!! My little lady had the Lil’ Howie with French toast. GREAT PRICES, GREAT FOOD, GREAT PEOPLE!!!! We will always stop here when in town.

This is a great place for breakfast, brunch or lunch. We stopped on our way to the Tea Garden. We were able to sit right away. Here everyone helps serve with all tables. Excellent service and very friendly. They have a coffee bar where you fix your coffee. They had 6 different coffee options, half and half, almond milk and various sweeteners. We ordered and had our food quickly. Everything was delicious. My husband had shrimp and grits with a biscuit and I had an open face omelet with tomato, ham and cheddar cheese with a biscuit. The biscuits just came out of the oven. They had been split open, and toasted just a little on the inside. There are a lot of wonderful options and I’m sure everything would be as good as what we had.
