I really wanted to like this restaurant, but I cannot recommend it. I asked for soft scrambled eggs and they were over cooked. My husband asked for over easy and they were hard. He had to ask to have them remade. The pancakes were good, but our grandson ordered a small glass of milk which we were charged $5.00! All of the indoor seating has air conditioning vents in the floor under your feet blowing cold air on your legs. We asked to be moved and ate outside.

Absolutely amazing food and staff to boot! Have been hearing about this place for a while from some friends so we obviously had to stop in. We ended up eating there everyday for breakfast and you couldn’t ask for anything better. The owner and all the staff were super nice, he ended up sitting down with us and asked us about our travels and recommended some places for us to check out while in town. Will definitely be stopping in again when we’re around!!

Loved this place. So many choices. We arrived just after 11 so we were able to try breakfast and lunch. My wife had the avocado toast and I had the grilled cheese. Both were amazing. The avocado toast was a very light meal and the onion rings with tomatoes just made the grilled cheese so tasty. They paired very well together.

I just love this Place! It’s the Boyne City morel festival and this special had sautéed morels topping soft scramble eggs, potatoes with a morel béchamel.

Service is super quick and friendly. The food was pricy for what you get. I ordered the skillet, and the sausage gravy was pretty runny and couldn’t hardly find any sausage in it. The joint itself is nice and quaint in a good spot. I would like to go again and try an Omelet as that looked pretty good. Will update my review next time I get in.
