Ordered food from here today, 11/16/25. Worked a 12 hour shift and was looking forward to it. First off – no 1/2 tray? Ordered a sheet since I don’t want a pie. The pizza was definitely not cooked enough, the bottom barely had any color, it is super soft. It was cooked, but soft. The pizza was pretty bland with an acidic sauce. The large fry i received is what other places call a small. The chicken wings, a nice size, were barely cooked, there is zero crispiness to them. Don’t get me started on what they consider BBQ sauce. I have no idea why restaurants use this red BBQ sauce that tastes like you’re eating a hot dog. Nowhere near enough brown sugar in it. I will never order here again. Disappointed at every turn. The only highlight is that the staff was friendly.

This place really has gone way down hill in recent months first the quality of food decreased then customer service became atrocious. Been going here for over a decade and even worked there many years ago I’ve met the owner really nice man but unfortunately he must be away because I won’t even recommend anyone here and I’ve always said best wings withing 50 miles hands down but last time I ordered I got half cooked “burnt” wings how you ask undercooked in dirty fryer oil smh Tony please fix SUNNYS I want good food with better service back again

Been going here forever…..last two times were less than satisfactory. Old owner are greatly missed. Counter staff is fine the cooking is going down fast. They must have had my chicken fingers down for the full 20 minutes. They never should have been served. The sub had some new shake spices that ruined the taste of the sausage. Used to be so good…

I ordered a large pizza and double wings Friday. The wings were good but when you order double cheese on a pizza and it’s so thin you can see the sauce and crust that’s just wrong. I could’ve paid less for a frozen pizza and had more cheese on it. It used to be good. DO BETTER! Won’t be going back there. Total waste of $50.

I’ve been coming here from time to time most of my life living in Lockport. I also use to work here as a teenager.
This is probably the last time I’ll come here. We ordered subs tonight. my assorted sub meat was so thick (roughly a 1/8 thick) slices shouldn’t be this thick on a sub or a sandwich and each kind of meat wasn’t even on every part of the sub. They forgot oil on all three of our subs and the rolls were very over toasted.
When I came in I went to use the bathroom which was occupied. Once the person left the bathroom it was an employee who returned to the kitchen. Once I went into the bathroom it stunk of cigarette smoke like the employee just smoked in there. Yuck!!!
This is so disappointing since sunnys was once one of the best sub shops in Lockport. Now I would say there one of the worst.

I originally called and started to drive to the restaurant, I was asked to hold , the phone was placed down I could hear everything, my call was never retrieved and I walked into the restaurant with phone in hand. The front counter person was rude and unprofessional when I identified I was the person still on the line for almost 15 minutes, he could have cared less and laughed. Held up the phone and said this phone rocking the phone back and forth. Hel Refused to give me his name , identified himself as the manager, I asked to speak with his boss and he stated he was not here. I asked for owners name and he stated “ I am not allowed to give out that information” I stated I would be back tomorrow to speak with the owner, he laughed and stated he would be here all day tomorrow in an attempt to be intimidating . This front end person was a white male, black baseball cap, tattoos on arms.
I received my order I stated I will be back tomorrow, he laughed and said great have a great night. If the order was not for an out of town guest I would not have placed it. Customer kindness goes along way, a simple I am sorry would have shown that the manager cared, instead of condescending tone and comments. I have a feeling the owner would have at least said , so sorry. Great food , horrible manager who needs customer service training.

Ordered pizza and wings 10/12/25 around 430 pm, first time having there food highly disappointed! Never again. So gross!! I ordered my wings extra crispy and the were very soft and slimy. Also did not give me any of my dipping sauce for the wings. My dinner is ruined.

Today 10-17-25 was the absolute last time im ordering wings from them. After asking several times for my wings to be cooked extra crispy and extra saucy just to get some soggy no heaven sauce chicken you would think as a restaurant they read the reviews. which I’m pretty sure they do and they still continuously serve people wings that are nasty and just barely done like it’s OK to leave them in the fryer a little bit longer, but you know what don’t take my advice. don’t really matter to me anymore because I would never go in order from you guys ever again disgusted if I could give zero as a rating, you guys would have zero

So the last two experiences have been awful. Last week we ordered a pizza and wings. The wings were pretty terrible and one was not even what I would consider a wing which was included in our single order. We were waiting for our food to be done and were told to “sit down and wait” pretty rudely by one of the workers- even though we called and preordered food to go which was going to be ready any minute…. Then this week we call and asked to place an order for pickup- ordered a small pizza and we are told that the pizza oven has been broke for 5 days… ridiculous so then on top of that I say can I call back in 2 minutes to figure out a new order and I’m told they are closing and that they “are closed” but the hours then say they are open for another 36 minutes… needless to say not the best experiences recently, may need to get some better staff if you want loyal customers.

We ordered wings with blue cheese and celery sticks for pickup. Wings were good, but we didn’t get blue cheese or celery. What a disappointment, totally blows the meal. Bread and salad were nice, but do not make up for the missing sides
