Sunny’s re-opening I was excited! Then I was very disappointed. Stopped in for a drink and some appetizers. Fully remodeled interior. And if anyone remembers the Original Sunny’s it was so dark you couldn’t see your food. Well the new ownership should do the same. In my 50 years of eating clams casino I have never seen clams so small. The chef should of been embarrassed to send these things out. If you get 3 clams and they are a size of a dime and you are a new restaurant put a few extra on the order. I’m not saying the clams were bad, I was just blown away by the size. We also had the stuffed mushrooms, tasty but small. Calamari really oily breading!. Is Batavia really not deserving of fine dining. I know food prices are high but you have to do better. It won’t take long for everyone to try this place and then it will be another empty space in the Genesee Country Mall.

Sunny’s is a great place to eat in Batavia. The quality of the food is always top notch and everything I’ve had there has been really good. The atmosphere is awesome and has a nice, intimate feel but it’s still very child friendly which is great.
The staff is always welcoming, attentive, and super friendly. The owners are also great people and they always come around to check that everything came out right and talk with customers. You can tell they really care about the place and the people coming in. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Decided to stop in for a late dinner with my sisters and mother on a Wednesday night. Walked in and the place was nearly packed! Got a table quickly, service and food were excellent. Lobster, Chicken Marsala. Was pleasantly surprised at how quick and delicious the food was. Highly recommended and will be back soon!

Went to have dinner with family to catch up not thinking too much about eating…then the food blew us away! Lobster Ravioli was so rich. Stuffed Peppers appetizer was really good. Better than the Chop House’s stuffed peppers. Filet cooked as good as any 5 star steakhouse. Bread and salad 5 stars also. Prices more than fair. Thank you for a great dinner!!

My fiancé and I came in for Valentine’s Day and from the moment we walked in until the moment we left we were treated like VIP guests. The staff were all incredibly inviting, friendly and genuinely kind. The bread was fantastic and our meals were as well! Can’t forget the to-go cheesecake dessert as well. We’d love to see artichoke french make its way onto the menu but we’ll certainly be back to try other items.

I read some of the other reviews, not sure if was just an off night or what, but our experience was fantastic. We had the clams casino, size-wise I feel they were “normal” size…tasted great! Our entrees were plentiful, the food was very good! All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Sunny’s will be one of our regular spots to dine!

Took my wife out to dinner here, her request as we we went there when they opened and she loved everything. I didn’t think it would be as good as it was but it was the best food we have had in a long time. Another couple joined us, they were floored at how good the food was. My prime rib was the best I have ever had, wife got Riggi and again blown away. Sunny’s keep doing what you’re doing!!

A group of 18 of us just shared a meal together for a family birthday and couldn’t have been happier! ALL of the meals were fabulous and the staff was so gracious and attentive! We will ALL be back!
