Who puts sweet sauce on Egg Foo Young? I have been eating Pork Egg Foo Young since I was a baby and I have never in my life had it with sweet sauce. It is always served with a savory gravy.

This incident happened on 12/21/25. I frequent this restaurant all the time and I always order the same thing every time. I ordered Shrimp with Broccoli and make it spicy. It usually comes with JUMBO shrimp, I heard if you order at lunch time it comes with baby shrimp and that’s why I do not order it at lunch because I do not like baby shrimp. I ordered this for in the evening— when I went to eat my food I noticed it was baby shrimp. I went back there and I said “ Why would you guys even do me like that I order from here all the time, never have I once ordered baby shrimp. The guy in the front was very argumentative and combative. He told me to talk to boss tomorrow. It is not talk to boss tomorrow, take the food back that I did not eat and give me my money back. He was refusing until I got irate. I got irate because they really played in my face. I told him to call his boss! I patronage this business too much. I don’t care how busy you are see if the customer is okay to substitute instead of assuming someone wants baby shrimp. Eventually he gave me my money back and said “ Do not come back here no more, I know your face. “ Fine! I don’t need to come back to an establishment that doesn’t take accountability. They were wrong! I said to the man straight up when have you ever seen me order baby shrimp? He did not have anything to say because I never order baby shrimp.

We have ordered numerous times from this place. I love all the people there. They are all so lovely and patient. We absolutely love their pork fried rice, general tso chicken, and chicken mai fun. It’s really hard to find good fried rice that isn’t yellow or red. This one is exactly right, smoky and flavorful. Their egg rolls are also good.

Our go to Chinese food restaurant. We used to do uber eats, but found that going to pick up is so much less expensive and they are so close to us. Great food and the people there are really nice and trustworthy. Once they made my non-spicy food spicy and told me that next time they would put it in for free. I didn’t believe that they would remember, but didn’t feel like arguing. But next time they remembered! It’s a take out place, not sit and eat. But my family loves to rot food.

I didn’t know it was possible to burn boneless spare ribs and somehow have the coating be raw. The worst I have ever eaten in my 45+years on this planet. The pork fried rice was slightly better hence the 2 stars. I think I’ve rated 2 places in my life, this being the second. Absolutely awful.

Delicious takeout Chinese spot! Been driving past this lil unassuming spot for years and never tried it but thanks to my usual couple Chinese spots being temporarily closed, decided to give Sunny Wok a try and I am so happy I did. Ordered a bunch of stuff and everything was fresh and tasty. Portions of everything were generous and the prices were very reasonable. Special shoutout for the excellent sesame chicken, really flavorful and still crispy even after being the in the takeout container for a bit (see pics for other food highlights from this feast). They even included a few oolong teabags in the order which is a really nice touch. I will definitely be ordering again!

Dry and small portion for a Large Boneless spare ribs. Seafood soup limited seafood. Missing dumplings and old man told me there were in there and to check again. Overpriced and B quality food. Go to East Wok in Glen Rock, blows them away!

I’ve been to many Chinese restaurants but sunny wok is outstanding/ exceptional their food very tasty not bland like many others whenever I’m working in the area I always have lunch at sunny wok, never get tired of their quality food so I’m working in hohokus tomorrow 10/1/25 guess where I’m having lunch

Got boneless spareribs lunch special. The meat was dried and tough and overly sweet. Did not seem fresh. Fried rice seemed undercooked. Service was fast but very disappointed in food.
