I had an amazing experience! They had everything I wanted down to a T. Everything was hot temperature wise and everything was delicious! Grits were amazing , the breakfast burrito was out of site and the coldbrew was strong and to die for !! ☕ Best French toast I ever had and taste homemade! I definitely will send back soon! And the server was very attentive!!

I’ve been to this location several times and the service and food is always excellent. This is a great breakfast option for those in the area and looking for some classic, no-fuss breakfast food.

Used to love this place! Something in the water or something to make the staff super rude and snooty! There is one particular waitress there, boy oh boy. She makes you feel like you such a problem by just being a customer. Terrible attitudes here. Make better tips and have longer lasting costumers if you treat your guests with kindness. They lost my business.

Absolutely adore this little family-owned cafe! The food is perfect every time! We enjoy their pancakes, grits, oatmeal, and omelets. I love that they do an egg white omelet. Service is always pleasant and excellent!

Breakfast with a side of racism! I asked which was better the corned beef hash or the avocado Benedict because I was undecided between those two items. My waitress said she was shocked that I asked for those two because she thought I would want the breakfast burrito. I told her I did not want that, and asked her again which of the two was better. She told me she didn’t like hollandaise sauce so she would recommend the corned beef hash. She proceeded to tell me that she really thought I would like the breakfast burrito and I once again had to tell her I was not interested. At this point I asked her why she thought that, if it was the color of my skin. She replied with a Yes. I informed her I didn’t want a breakfast burrito. I wanted one of the two items I had asked about, I was undecided. I went with the corned beef hash, then she proceeded to add further insult by asking if I wanted hot sauce. Again, I told her no,I just want my meal. For their duration of my visit she would not just let me eat my meal, she hovered around me and was incessantly talking to me and no one else. This made me feel very uncomfortable like I did not belong there. After my meal was done and I asked for the check, I was told that the check was picked up due to the comments made. I informed them. I just wanted to pay for my meal like everybody else and be on my way. Since I was singled out for being a Mexican in this restaurant, I will never go back! Breakfast with the side of racism wasn’t a good way to start my day. I will continue to have a good day today no matter what.

Way too overpriced for what was delivered, in my opinion. With so many places making breakfast from scratch around the Westerville area, I was surprised to get deep fried seasoned potatoes that were previously frozen.

We got –
King CFS (978)
Chicken fried steak covered in sausage gravy, two eggs*, choice of side & toast. 13.99

The steak was a smallish portion (compared to our typical place) and we only received 1 piece of toast (as opposed to 2 at our typical place) and paid &1 more- and the hash browns were previously frozen and deep fried.

The gravy was okay and they provided no salt or pepper. They also didn’t include enough ketchup but over included jelly for the 1 slice of toast. (5 packets of jelly).

I had their famous hearty breakfast for $12.39, 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 3 strips of bacon and the home fries.

Nothing more than okay there. I would have air fries the potatoes myself rather than deep fried them.

Okay he best thing was their syrup. Kudos to them for using Ohio made maple syrup.

All in all there are better options in the Westerville area with cheaper prices.

I have a soft spot in my heart for Eggs Benedict. If it’s on the menu at a restaurant I haven’t been to before, I have to order it.

The serving size is excellent. They give you a lot of food. Ask for the homemade hot sauce, it’s legit.

The Eggs Benedict is ok. The sauce needs more acidity – add more lemon! It’s smooth and buttery but under seasoned. My daughter had the Big Bite and enjoyed it. It’s a good portion of food.

The buttered toast is delicious.

Overall, the hash browns needed seasoning. I had them add onions and cheese to the hash browns. I think a little cook on the onions would have made them perfect.

It’s someplace I would return to but I’d try something different.

The service was excellent. Our waitress was kind.

Sunny Street is a staple breakfast restaurant, food is always good, service is always good, atmosphere is a little dated but cozy. The coffee I ordered came out in a mug that said something about grandmother’s, I feel like it offered more of an “at home” feel. I ordered the meatlovers breakfast, which consists of 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 1 piece of ham, and 1 piece of sausage. It was delicious, the sausage patty was not my favorite though, I would just probably ask for it to be cooked well done next time. My husband ordered the Country Omelett and he absolutely loved it, it has hasbrows, onions, peppers, cheese and sausage with sausage gravy on top with a side of grits and raisin toast. Overall the food, and service was great for the price!

I have been there 2 times, I like the different items they have on the menu and the breakfast is always good! My favorite is Sunny Street eggs benedict with spinach and bacon. Pancakes and coffee are just normal. But overall I really recommend it!
