Absolutely atrocious food. The milk was spoiled. The home fries tasted like they were from the ground. The table is big enough to fit two people, and we had a five person party not the best restaurant if you want a good money worth meal.

If you’ve ever worked a real day in your life and know what actual good service is then disregard every bad review for this restaurant! This is a REAL diner, don’t let the color of the walls fool you. This is the place to get a GREAT breakfast FAST and with no B.S. in between. Missy, Meggy, and Allie move a million miles a second but DON’T miss a beat and are some of the most hospitable food servers I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. Missy the owner not only personally made me feel welcome there as an out of towner but also left me with an experience I will never forget. If you’re ever in the area this is THE PLACE to grab breakfast. The staff isn’t going to pamper you, but this is a Diner not a spa. Come in for a great breakfast and awesome staff, or if you’re like me and want to eat like a local. You won’t regret it!

We’re from West Springfield, Ma and went on a 2nd honeymoon with my wife and stayed at Misquamicut and absolutely “LOVED” eating here! The food was great and inexpensive and the staff was extremely friendly. The place was very clean and there’s plenty of parking behind the restaraunt… I’d recommend this place to anybody if you’re down there for a beach trip or just passing through… we eat there everytime we head to the beach.

I had the Irish eggs benedict and a grilled bagel. The food was good, portion seemed on the smaller side. The service was very good. It didn’t feel like the heat was on, so it was cool inside and my dish cooled quicker than I wanted it to.

I was super excited to try the banana bread french toast they had as a special. The food came out in about 10-15 minutes, not long of a wait. However, there was a thick layer of essentially cooked egg on my french toast. I honestly have never experienced this at any other breakfast place I’ve been to. It was also clear that the grills hadn’t been cleaned often enough as my grilled english muffin had bits of other food on it and tasted extremely burnt despite it not looking burnt. After paying, the server noticed I was picking at my food and said she would’ve offered me something else. I personally won’t be back, Im mainly posting for the people who don’t like eggs on top of their french toast.

This is a great little stop for breakfast or lunch around Misquamicut Beach or Burlingame campgrounds in Charleston RI. The ladies were very attentive and great small town coffee shop atmosphere. The coffee is definitely a strong point for those early mornings and the ice cream shop next door looked like the perfect afternoon cool down spot. This will be a must for anyone down in the area! Say hello to the ladies and enjoy!

Reviews are spot on regarding staff and service. Don’t expect to feel welcome here. You will not get a ” how’s everything”, “can I get you anything else” or “Thank you, have a nice day”. I literally walked out without tipping (1st time ever, I used to be a waitress), but my husband insisted I go back and give her 15%. If service and friendliness are not important then enjoy. In my opinion the food is not good enough to endure an unpleasant atmosphere. Will not go back.
