I’m giving 5 stars because all the other poor reviews are a bit harsh. The food is exactly what you expect, greasy globs of goodness. The lady is super nice. Very liberal with the fortune cookies. The actual store is a bit concerning, but i think the scary chinese places aren’t the ones you need to worry about. Probably wont eat there again, but picking up some take out is an experience.

This is terrible that’s all I have to say and I want my money back now please And thank you! I’ve never seen a carrot like that and I feel like the driver ate some of my food because there was a hole in the bag! I’m disgusted!

I’ve been living in this area on and off over 10 years but didn’t know this location. I’m glad I tried their food today. The house fried rice portion was enough for 2 people. The owner, Ms. Gu was very nice and we had a good chat. I can’t wait to try other menus. She said they’ve been in the location for 25 years( ! ) and appreciate all the customers, as they were the ones that supported her life in the USA.

Ordered a family meal. It came with 3 to go plates. Each plate had a small entree portion and mostly rice. The family meal was only enough to feed a family of 3. I paid $45 total for grub hub to deliver this. For this same price i would have gotten double the portion at many other Chinese restaurants. Also the sesame chicken was too sweet and not very crispy. I won’t be back.

The orange chicken and fried rice is ALWAYS on point. I like the lady who works the counter, too, she’s cool. (I think she’s part owner, but not sure).
One of the best things I saw when I came here didn’t even have to do with the food, but the fact this business provides it’s delivery drivers with oil changes – now how often do you see that?
I think it really speaks to character and it makes me feel comfortable, because if they do this for their employees…I feel confident that they’ll take care of me as a customer – and they always have.

My husband and I ordered from Sunny Garden for the 1st time. We both ordered Sasame Chicken. It was delicious. It came with regular fried rice which was also very good. We also ordered seafood fried rice which was OK but did not have much flavor I guess because the added ingredients were shrimp, crab meat and scallops, non of which has a strong flavor. The one item we were not wowed with was the egg rolls. They had a great outside (wonton wrappers were crispy) but the filling was mushy. It did not have any Chinese cabbage that we could detect. That was the only thing that disappointed us. I hope they revise the filling because it is one of my favorite things. The staff was really friendly.

when you have been giving business to an establishment for 2 years, and spend well over 30 dollars each time you would expect for some respectable customer service. the owner rude, and will hang up in your face mid conversation. I always tip well and have been a very loyal customer but after being treated like crap (she admitted she hung up because she had ‘other customers to worry about’) you will no longer have me as a customer. As far as the soaring prices of the regular sized portions, it’s not worth my while anymore to be overcharged AND disrespected. work on your customer service, loyal customers are your most important ones!
