This Asian-European bakery has sweet and savory choices that are both delicious as well as eye appealing. There are cold case desserts and other delectables that you can request them to warm for you. Nice selection of fresh made beverages too. When you enter, pick up a tray to place your choices as you shop. They accept cash, debit and credit payments and also offer a rewards/loyalty program. Counter staff is friendly and efficient. The store is neat and clean and the entrance is handicap accessible. Plenty of parking is available and they’re located on a busy stretch of local Highway 22.

Enjoyed this cute k-bakery on a Sunday morning! We ordered 2 drinks (matcha cold brew and iced mocha) and got a few of their bakery items. I loveddd their pudding, it was so smooth and perfectly sweet. Their onion/cheese bread was also so soft and my husband enjoyed their cream bun too. The employees were also sweet and provide great service!

I was really excited to try this spot because I’ve been looking for a local place that serves boba tea. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed to find out they only offer milk teas. On a positive note, I decided to sample some of their desserts and breads. However, the vanilla pudding and upside-down custard were surprisingly lacking sweetness—almost tasting sugarless, which was unexpected.
I really wanted to love this place, and perhaps I caught them on an off day. I’ll hold onto hope that their offerings improve with time.

chocolate mousse cake was pretty good! also may be my opinion but the mango icebox had a lovely texture after being left out in room temp for an hour. i love how everything is not too sweet and it makes me want to go for another bite! also the little sporks are adorable.

Love me some Sunmerry Bakery. The Greenbrook location is smaller than the Fort Lee outpost but it is still loaded with goodies. From holiday treats to cakes to pastries, Sunmerry is a delight. It was hard to choose from what to order because everything looks so good. Definitely worth a visit.

Awesome Japanese cheesecake. The cream puffs were not the best. I’ve had better ones in NYC. Especially the cream cheese puff was not filled even half inside with cream and outside was very hard. The chocolate ones were okay. Will definitely go back for Japanese cheesecake for their price and delicious taste.

We have only been there twice and bought 3 different pieces of cake. We were very impressed both times. Very tender, fluffy and great taste. Absolutely amazing. I come from Germany and we Germans love good cake and not to sweet. Der matcha Puff cake with cream is my highlight. This is the first place who I love the cake. Price/performance is absolutely fine. They don’t just have cake. They also have something like cheese rolls with garlic or other things.

I found a gem here in Greenbrook, a must visit for everyone. There cakes are OMG. Very friendly staff. Just be careful about ingredients as some products aren’t vegan friendly, but Sunmerry team is very helpful. They have ingredients written but very small we were discussing we need a magnifying glass. I suggest having a small visible sign could help customers quickly identify vegan friendly items.
I highly recommend this place, and I will be revisiting soon.

A truly beautiful and whimsical bakery, with quite a few locations throughout New Jersey, this place is the ultimate go to for your sweet tooth! I tried a whole variety pastries, including the ones with apple pie filling, Matcha, they even have concha’s with googly eyes for Halloween!
I tried the ice Thai tea, and it was both sweet and spicy, super delicious… I will be back to order a cake because they look so beautiful!

Such a beautifully build bakery with so many good choices to choose from. They had ube, matcha, coffee and many many great choices of brioche buns to choose from. In the savory section, they had bacon, ham& cheese, ham& egg, chicken, Hawaiian and many other flavors to choose from.
They were individually wrapped and so fresh and delicious.
I left with box containing 6 breads and a drink to choose from the entire menu. I got milk tea with leeeche jelly. Was super customizable and tastes so good and was refreshing.
It was a great experience and a highly recommend place to get your breads from.
They also had great flavors for the cakes ready to be picked up.
