Wonderful service, very nice ladies, and amazing food. Best Thai I have ever had and the service is fantastic. The lady who owns it will sit and talk and is very friendly and helpful. The food is flavorful and absolutely delicious and totally worth the stop!

I really liked this place. I ordered the tom kha gai soup, it was excellent. I also got an order of pot stickers, they were really good as well, they where obviously hand made and had a great fresh taste. The owner was very nice, I gave her a hug, the soup was that good.

Fantastic food and great staff. It might take a while to make the food sometimes, depending on how busy they are, but it is worth it. I had the spicy basil and it was spectacular-took me right back to SE Asia travels.

Y’all. This food truck changed my life. My partner and I were taking a road trip around the country this past summer (originally from NC) and happened upon this food truck. Yes, the area is peculiar, but because of the strangeness of finding an amazingly authentic Thai truck in the middle of nowhere, it was even more fun. I got the pad Thai, he got the curry, and for the next 10 minutes, each of us with healthy servings of goodness, we food-gasmed. Since then, I cannot eat Thai food without being disappointed as I compare it to this lovely food truck. As an added bonus, it was the owners birthday, so we got free birthday cake!!! IT WAS AMAZING. Go here. You won’t regret it.

As we drove through cave junction, we saw the “Thai food” sign. My heart lept, and we pulled in the parking of the Sunflower Thai Food truck. I felt like I entered another country. The owner is the sweetest woman, from Thailand. She’s been there four years and her food was exquisite. We tried the orange chicken, pad Thai, Panang curry, and Drunken noodle. Her pad Thai recipe was an authentic from scratch recipe of her own from Thailand that we especially loved. I LOVE Thai food and am a bit particular, and I was more than pleased with all of her freshly made dishes! We ate outside where she had beautiful picnic tables amidst Thai clothing surrounding us that were available to buy at very reasonable prices. I had my six children with me of all ages 2-14, and they all loved the food as well! She came over and conversated with us for awhile and was incredibly welcoming and warm to be around. I HIGHLY recommend Sunflower Thai Food truck and we will be going back!

These ladies can make one hell of a good dish of food. Hands down better food options in the area. If you can handle the spice they will have the sweat rolling off the back of your head.
