Preston is our original shop and the site of our first roastery. Preston is a comfortable, bustling cafe in the heart of the Schnitzelburg neighborhood. We are right next door to the famous Nord’s Bakery and down the street from the respected music venue Zanzabar. Preston is also home to our training lab, where our baristas receive continued coffee education.
Hip coffeehouse chain serving up sustainable brews, plus tea, pastries & more in a low-key setting.

We frequently stop by during the weekends for mochas and never experience an issue. Drinks are always so delicious and rich. Highly recommend this shop and location!

Stopped by this morning. Barista was really friendly. The place was busy but not overwhelming and you could tell they could handle the volume. We got a Chai latte and an Americano and they both were excellent. Keep up the great work!

Sunergos Coffee made for a nice caffeine hit in the morning. I stopped here before starting a little drive, and I needed the pick-me-up. A latte did just the trick, and it was quite smooth and easy to drink. My order was handled relatively quickly, and the staff seemed friendly. There were plenty of comfortable seats to wait in, so I was in no particular hurry. It was a nice, laid back start to the day.

I spend a week in Louisville every year. The location of my accommodation now centers around how far it is from this coffee shop! Possibly my favorite mocha from anywhere! And consistently delicious despite multiple different baristas. Can’t wait to be back in town.

We chose this location as a place to stop for afternoon coffee on a long road trip. We were COMPLETELY glad we stopped. Excellent, friendly customer service and perfection in the espresso drinks. We bought some beans to take for pour over on the rest of our road trip. It too is AMAZING! We will definitely come back when we pass through the next time. A quick detour off the Interstate was well worth it.

Hopped on in right when they opened. Their server was so conversational and friendly without being over bearing. Cappuccino was delicious!

Three hours here as my first coffee and first office. I found a comfy seat that had enough room for two laptops and there was a power outlet nearby. Once that was settled, it was time for to queue up for coffee.
I chose the redeye as it was that sort of not great sleep. Rich and plenty of boost today, just what I needed.
Great space for working on a laptop though not ideal if you’re planning a Zoom conference as there’s a good bit of background. But this is a coffee shop and not an office, so that’s to be expected.

Sunergos Coffee was excellent! We went towards the end of the day and the place was packed, every seat filled. The baristas were very nice. The latte and cortado were both excellent.
