Wow, the food and customer service we received today by Alecia was 100000/10! We ordered the Asian Grains bowl & the Club sandwich and both were so delicious! I also ordered the Vanilla Latte w/ oatmilk and it was so buttery and creamy! Thanks Alecia for making sure I enjoyed my coffee to my lioness and for being so sweet and kind! I’ll be back just bc she was so sweet and hospitable! Ahh! Also, it was clean and vibes inside! Also, not loud but had good music!

This is a coffee spot with a cafe, and definitely a place you can work. We came in and definitely wanted to pull out our laptops and respond to a few emails. It’s cool because you can have a drink or coffee anytime of day,, so I definitely would call ahead and ask about the hours. Sunday social and Sunday press are one and the same, so if they are open, they are open!

I spent an entire study day at Sunday Press with a group of my classmates, and this place absolutely deserves every bit of praise. We were there from 10:30 a.m. until almost 8 p.m. studying for radiology school, and the experience was amazing from start to finish.

The staff was genuinely outstanding attentive, patient, and consistently welcoming the entire day. The customer service here is truly A1.

The food and drinks were just as impressive. The coffee was smooth and flavorful, the Caesar wrap was incredible (their house dressing takes it to another level), and the burger was honestly one of the best I’ve had juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. They also had a salad with sweet potato (forgot the name) that was so good I’m still thinking about it.

If you’re looking for a spot with great energy, excellent food, and staff who make you feel taken care of, Sunday Press is it. Highly recommend for studying, catching up with friends, or just enjoying a good meal.

All the good vibes. Avocado toast had great flavor and their cappuccino was amazing! Great place to work and you can rent their private room. Wish I had more time to explore their other menu items!

I had breakfast here and that was good! Great service and nice people. I came back for a pastry and was looking forward to it until I noticed several FLYS hanging out on the food and was VERY noticeable to the staff adjusting them but they didn’t seem to care to try and fix it. Maybe wrap them individually or have a protocol to avoid letting fly’s on the food.

Came to this place for the first time to attend an Open Mic Poetry Night Event, this place is AMAZING! I have nothing but great things to say! The atmosphere was great, the drinks were great, the staff members were BEYOND great with their level of service, and event itself was great too! I will definitely be coming here more often because the menu looks incredible. This is the perfect kind of place for hosting events, for date nights, to meet up with friends, to study or do work, or even come though by yourself to simply soak in the positive energy and vibes. Swing by if you ever get a chance, you’ll know what I mean when you’re there. You’re welcome

Sunday Press is a stylish and spacious cafe in Garden Oaks with a vibe that transports you to a different decade. The retro-modern interior is beautiful, and the private parking lot (plus a drive-through) makes it super convenient. I recently visited with my wife and 15-month-old son, and we appreciated the family-friendly setup, including high chairs.

Coffee-wise, I ordered a cappuccino ($4.75), which was good. For lunch, I tried the Tomato Basil Soup with grilled cheese ($16). The soup was excellent—rich and comforting—but the grilled cheese left something to be desired. It wasn’t cut for easy dipping, the bread was unevenly toasted, and the texture was a bit hard in places. The cheese itself was solid, but I expected better quality. I’d love to see them cut their grilled cheese diagonally and use a better bread.

We also got a Lemon Blueberry Loaf ($5.75) for our son, and I ended up sneaking a bite—it was amazing. Moist, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. Their pastry case is full of tempting options, and everything looked fresh and high quality.

Still, Sunday Press stands out with its broad menu of food, pastries, and now cocktails thanks to their Sunday Social bar addition. With co-owners Cassie Ghaffar and Sandy Nguyen also behind Saigon Hustle next door, it’s clear this spot is part of a growing local scene. I’d definitely return to try more.

I ordered the Mediterranean Greens Bowl to go….I recommend looking at the food before you leave….I got all the way home to my apartment in a high-rise 15 mins awaybefore I pulled my food out of the bag…the picture says it all. The manager was very kind & refunded the money. Probably won’t order that again. May not go there anymore.
UPDATE:
I ordered my husband the turkey melt, he didn’t want to say anything because mine was so bad but the greens were wilt edam barely any turkey!! It looked terrible. DO NOT EAT LUNCH HERE. I’ve had the breakfast in the past and it was fine, but I will never waste my time and money or be embarrassed by their lunch again. Sorely disappointed.

There is an excellent set of pastries here and some good lunch fair as well. If you list that an egg will be soft boiled it should be soft, not hard though. The other call out on food is when you order a double espress and it is served in an ice cold cup, it sucks. Espresso should be hot and it rarely is, I am going to start asking for it in a to go cup, because the baristas don’t seem to care.
I find the lady who typically is cleaning when I come in to be the best employee here, and there are some other good ones. I just love that it is so important that your table is clean and you have a place to sit.
