Wonderful evening.(New Year) Check in was quick and easy, a glass of Cava was nice too! Lovely lady on reception. Room was comfortable with views over the marina. Service everywhere was excellent, friendly staff. The food was delicious, couldn’t fault anything.

I had a lovely birthday dinner celebration at Gastrobar today. The staffs were lovely and very attentive, the atmosphere was really nice. Everyone was pleasant and the food tasted absolutely delicious. To include everything was very affordable as well.

Only came for drinks but was made very welcome it was lovely to sit outside and people watch. Didn’t come for food but it looked delicious! Prices are very competitive considering the surroundings! Would recommend but would also appreciate some nice blankets to keep the chill off is sat outside or patio style heaters.

Family of three here, and we went to the Afternoon Tea with Santa. We all really enjoyed it. My daughter (almost 7 years old) wasn’t really into the craft and face painting corner, but she still said it was the best day of her life. Would recommend, and would love to go again next year.

Had the half board dinner. V delicious. Only issues were they got order wrong (quick fix) and we had to wait over 40 minutes for the main course. Desert i wanted had finished so had none. The staff apologised at the end and gave us free drinks as an apology which made us feel better about the experience.

Booked the Sunborn Gastrobar for our Christmas party last night and really wish we hadnt. The whole experience was a complete let down, we were told there would be a good ambience with DJ and dancing after dinner…no DJ and we were the only people there.. found out why when the food arrived! We left disappointed and feeling ripped off. Turkey dinner was especially bad, a plate of beige food, two slices of dry turkey with two Brussel sprouts, 3 boiled potatoes, some anaemic looking pigs in blankets and a pathetic excuse for a Yorkshire pudding. I had to apologise to the group for choosing the Sunborn for our party. We will not be going back!

Got a Poke Bowl at the pool. Tomatoes were rotten, Soja sauce came in a cup. Rather a backstreet rundown bar experience but nothing for a 5 star ship. Best: wind blow over our drinks and staff didn’t care to come and clean up.
