Stopped in to this gem of a coffee shop for a quick morning meeting and fell in love with the atmosphere + the marble latte!
Quick service, ample seating space with pockets of comfortable chairs for a more relaxed feel, and a squeaky clean environment made the perfect mix. The marble latte with almond milk was the ideal blend of flavoring that surpassed my usual coffee chain order. Customer service was on par and the decor gave it a fun, light feel.
I am new to the HV area and am ecstatic to make this a spot I will stop in frequently for my morning boost moving forward! ⚡️

I was super excited to try Sunago Coffee Co. The vibe is super great, the chairs were comfy, Tables are cool, and the service was also great. The coffee itself…was disappointing. Just too dark, even more than Starbucks. Very much a second wave coffee shop. If you don’t mind ultra dark roasts, Sunago may be for you, but for me it’s just not it, unfortunately.

I’ve been here a few times now. My main motivation was to buy some crochet items from their corner for local crafters. But the inside is beautiful. I now love just chilling with a coffee while I get some work done. I wish I lived closer so it made sense to be a frequent customer. The baristas have always been friendly and even when I stopped by 10 min before closing she still made my drink with a smile. This time I got a white mocha frappe and it is heaven in a cup. I cant believe how good this drink is. I will definitely be coming back

Met a business client here, and the place is laid out so nicely. Some coffee shops are loud and echo a lot, but somehow, Sunago didn’t feel noisy. The service was SO friendly, and I didn’t feel rushed to choose (so many offerings!) Have already scheduled other meetings there!

Nice, relaxing vibe. The make your coffee to order, I’ve never had a problem with any if the baristas over frothing my coffee orders. Parking can get tight in their busier hours. The use a flavorful micro roasted bean, you can really taste the coffee.

Walking into the front door this place feels really upscale. The coffee is delicious and espresso shots are dialed in. The barista was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back during my visit to Knoxville.

It had a decent amount of people but I cant judge since its school finals week, but I had the Barnstable make me a surprise coffee and it was delicious, the coffee was a caramel apple pie latte. Awsome atmosphere, nice and cozy. Service was quick and really sweet. Highly recommend!!

Hardin Valley finally has a place I’m excited to visit! This new coffee shop has been so thoughtfully planned out. It has a spacious interior with a variety of seating options. The furnishings are gorgeous, and the menu is very appealing. There is even a separate space in the back, which would be great for group meetings and small celebrations!
Right now this coffee shop is best suited for dining in and enjoying the atmosphere, but the owner said he wis working on mobile ordering and quick pick-up options.
Menu highlight: My daughter’s hot chocolate had a delightful hint of vanilla and my chorizo stuffed croissant was the perfect morning fuel for our Sunday day hike in the Smokies!

Coffee was VERY GOOD! No artificial tastes or bitter coffee tastes. I got iced white mocha. $8 for a small, but it’s totally worth it. Located in a very nice building. Kind of dark inside, not really my thing but can’t complain because there is a nice table outside 🙂 Definitely my favorite coffee so far in all of Knoxville.
