Sun & Waves is always a must stop in Spring Lake! Love the organic menu and cozy vibes! Also, the drinks are awesome. Slow down and spend some time here…

Had lunch here on Saturday and LOVED it! the little market shopping area was great (bought a candle and an early Xmas gift for my daughter) and had the falafel and a grain bowl. Both were delish. Place was full and busy! Counter staff were very friendly. I was in awe of the interior design of the whole space, it was so consistent with the cool vibes Faherty has established for their brand. Seriously, very well done guys!!! ☀️

Sun & Waves Market is not only a delicious outpost for breakfast and lunch, it’s one of the more interesting new stores I’ve ever entered. Everything is curated. The vibe is super beachy and chill, the staff are genuinely friendly and polite, and the food is well portioned and excellent. This store actually makes it easy for you to not only buy food or a coffee but to peruse their top notch merchandise. The furniture, the colors, and even the merchandise racks are all connected brilliantly. For those complaining about the prices, I would say the high level of design and service demand it. I think this business should be studied and duplicated.

Food is great. The Rotisserie Turkey Clurb and the chicken Philly are my favorites. The staff is super friendly, and seem to be happy working in this establishment. The atmosphere is really great. Also the coffee and smoothies slap. So glad there is a place like this in Spring Lake.

Its a 5 star review for 5 star quality food. As far as the high prices? In my opinion they are fairly priced, considering the quality and good portion. It would cost the same if i went to Panera-Bread, but Sun&Wave has better quality food. Its an intentional chill vibe too, both decor and staff. Just relax man, put your stop watch away and the coffee will be right up, potentially 27 seconds longer wait time than the corporate Star-bucks machine.

The WiFi has not worked in this place for over a year. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve packed my laptop, drove over, purchased their exorbitantly priced food, only to sit down at the table, open my laptop, and not be able to accomplish what I went there for. It would be one thing if the food was actually good. But the last time I got a chicken caesar wrap the ratio of lettuce to chicken was laughable. And don’t even get me started on the $15 smoothies. Worst of all, there is a level of elitism that is palpable among certain staff. Not everyone, but definitely from the barista Libby. Very impolite. Faherty should send her to a “people skills” seminar so the rest of Spring Lake residents don’t have to deal with her rudeness.

The butterscotch latte is amazing! The espresso is so smooth and the butterscotch isn’t too sweet…just the perfect Christmas treat!
Can’t wait for my next one!

Love this place – the food is fresh and creative (especially love the chicken quesadilla, the turkey club, and the baked goods – the shortbread brownie is out of this world) and the coffee is the best in town. Inside is bright, comfortable, airy, and cheery – there are multiple seating types that encourage hanging out and staying a while. It is definitely pricey, but the quality of everything is miles above chain fast-casual places so I am happy to pay a premium for it. Such a great addition to the town!

Food is overpriced, sure but you pay for the convenience.
Had a breakfast sandwich ( egg and sausage in a croissant) and I think they forgot to remove the egg shells, my sandwich was crunchy and gritty.
Their whole chicken is not bad, I do love their farro salad with chicken salad. Our kids loved the chicken tender with fries.
Coffee is ok.

More expensive than NYC. Am skeptical that they use seed oil on the grills too. I think it might be a net positive to the community though because it takes some of the traffic from Tom Baileys.
