This place is the worst. Prices are ridiculous and it smells like a oil refinery in there. Old oil. Skip this place. The customer service is horrible also. Very rude and rude customer service

Best express Chinese food I’ve had. Awesome prices, great flavor, and huge portions. It’s a tradition to eat here each time I’m in concord.

I never come here because of how I was treated. I was clear and confident in what I needed, but the staff acted disrespectful and confusing. I won’t support a place that treats people like that, and I’m warning others so they don’t go through the same. Respect goes both ways—if you can’t give it, don’t expect my business.

First time here (since most of the times I don’t carry cash). The food is good. I ordered the House special lo mein. I was surprised to see how affordable it was, 11$ for it. In other places it’s like 15$. After I left i realized that I forgot to ask for some hot oil because I prefer my lo mein to be spicy so I was kinda sad but then I opened the bag and to my surprise they had put a small cup of hot oil with my order. I appreciate little things like this since most Asian restaurants don’t offer it. And it was really hot; other hot oils I’ve tasted are not spicy at all. Will definitely come back

No! this place is not it. The so called fried rice was mushy and seemed to have been steamed 3 days ago. The broccoli seemed to have some film on it. I had the sesame chicken and that was the only saving grace of the meal. I just don’t get why the rice was so mushy and old tasting. The egg rolls even had what felt like old meat in it. I do not rec this place!

The biggest problem is instead of the food I’m ordering, I’m getting mostly rice. Most Chinese restaurants, when you order a large order of a menu item, you get a container of that, and then sometimes a side of rice in another container… Here I order a large beef with vegetables in garlic sauce and you would expect a quart of the item, as ordered, what I get is a fair bit less that a PINT of the item and a LOT of rice!! The prices are high to start with (despite seeing a 4 year old review about good prices (clearly that’s changed)), but then you hardly get what you’re ordering and instead get mostly rice (which we all know is very cheap compared to the cost of meats and vegetables).
In all honesty I feel ripped off. On top of that I’m charged $10 for the teriyaki beef, the menu says 5 pieces per order, I get home and there are only 4 pieces and a LOT of rice!
That’s the food aspect of this restaurant… Other negatives are they only take cash (that’s a huge red flag really), and they don’t have menus other than the single laminated menu they pull out from behind the counter where they state, this is what we serve, but the prices are all out of date. So you don’t even know the current prices of what you’re ordering!! I would also add they lack a great deal of the menu offering of most traditional Chinese food restaurants.
TL,DR:
This place isn’t worth the money, I feel they’re ripping you off, and you better like rice more than anything else you’re ordering! Go elsewhere, ANYWHERE else! This place set a new low for my experience with ANY Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been too. I’m unsatisfied in every way with this place, I can’t believe they’re still in business.

Never got a chance to even place an order. Walked in and saw the prominent sign at the counter that it is Cash Only, no credit or debit cards accepted so I went elsewhere to buy $40 worth of food.
