Very recently, my grandmother and I had breakfast here. Our waitress, an older, brown-haired woman whose name was similar to “Fairy,” seemed impatient with my grandmother’s slower pace in ordering, even spending time on her phone upfront. While our order was accurate and the food was good, despite needing to be repeated, her lack of patience made the experience unpleasant. I would return, but I hope for a more patient waitress next time.

Everything was great except the onion rings were a little on the greasy side & the A/C made it chilly setting there or we would had stayed longer, though we highly recommend this lil restaurant in UC, overall every time we have been here the food has been good , staff is always friendly !

First experience here and boy were we amazed! This hidden little gem has amazing quality food with unbeatable prices that will shock you once you taste the food and look at your bill. The service was bar none and the atmosphere is incredibly inviting. Finally a solid place that sets itself apart from the usual suspects of the area. Amazing. Definitely try them out, you will not be disappointed.

When I entered the Sun Rise and Dine Restaurant on Saturday, May 18, I was greeted by the most friendly waitress who promptly took my to go order and turned it in. As I sat and waited, we had a pleasant conversation whilst she kept herself busy with customers. I was working on a rare Saturday and I treated my client to breakfast. I ordered the “Farmer’s Breakfast” which consisted of 2 eggs made to your preference, a sausage patty, an order of hash browns, and half of an order of biscuits and gravy for each of us. The entire meal was made to perfection. My client couldn’t get over the fact that the breakfast was great tasting, huge, and inexpensive. I will definitely be returning again… and again.

Asked server if corned beef hash was made in house or from the can. She told me it was made in house. What she delivered was clearly out of the can. Then she still proceeded to charge me for the full breakfast when not one bite was ate.
