Tonight 20/02/2026, ordered as usual over the telephone, staff member who answered my call took my order, asked for my card details then repeated back to me my entire CARD along with the Expiry Date & CVC Number…
The member of staff said upon me challenging her over regarding repeating card details back to customer’s “don’t worry nobody is in the shop”…
It is ILLEGAL within the UK for any establishment who processes Card Payment’s to REPEAT back to the customer their Card Details…

Worse chinese ever. I picked it up 5 minutes ago and the crispy beef wasn’t even edible its was basically like eating a rubber band i ended up binning the lot my vegetable chow mein was cold absolute waste of a Chinese, they couldn’t even get the chips right they were a soggy mess/part cooked and apparently this is a good Chinese takeaway. AVOID THIS PLACE.

So disappointed, we usually order from Wok Express but they were closed so tried here. Food tasted really cheap and no flavour. Salt and chilli beef tasted like pork scratchings. Definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting your money.

I’ve always used sun hing for a weekend treat as its always been spot on. However on the last 2 occasions I wasn’t impressed but thought nothings great every time. I ordered a simple delivery this evening. its just confirmed to me that the customer being pleased and thankful for a reasonably priced take away is no longer the case. Quality and taste is no longer enjoyable. Things are very dry and old tasting. Like it’s not fresh..sorry. I doubt I’ll order anything from here again as a little so called affordable treat can still be money wasted. Shame as it used to impress. Not anymore.

1st time ordering from here last night as normally use somewhere else but thought I’d try due to high rating but I can honestly say this has to be the worst chinese takeaway iv ever had there was no taste apart from the salt they bathed every dish in it was un edible will never order from here again I think most of the reviews are false even the Prawn crackers was stale avoid

ordered from here a few times never had an issue until yesterday.. food turned up when they stated that was the only plus thing.. opened my food and the chips looked like they had been reheated they were hard and dry and the egg fried rice looked like it was reheated from the day before. shouldn’t have eaten it but thought I’d give it ago looks can be deceiving, didnt even eat it all had a few mouthfulls and binned it as it was disgusting. Well that was a big regret as I now have sever food poisoning. ive now got s&d and that was just off chips and egg fried rice so gold help those who have the meat! so thanks for that I won’t be ordering again! I’ve just been sick before writing this. wasn’t going to write a review but can’t get away with making people ill. maybe the food and saftey people need to make another trip!
