I came here a few times but won’t come back. As I was waiting for my food I literally saw no one preparing it. There was 2 guys there standing around talking, the chef did not once go to the stove and cook my food fresh which leads me to believe it was premade and heated up in the microwave. When I got home my food was barely warm. Not good!

Cashier is a thief!! I gave him 2 $20 after leaving sheets atm with only $20s he said I gave him a &20 and a $1 instead of the 2$20s… so I asked he count the register or review the cameras he started yelling and acting a fool telling me to get out especially after another employee began to listen to me and attempt to assist but he went out of his way to yell at him to return to the kitchen this people are terrible worst customer service ever! Pretty good as far as chinese food goes and my goto for takeout just because it’s the closest. The reason I’m rating 3 stars is because I really don’t think I would ever want to eat in here; its frequently a little dirty and the atmosphere is just kinda weird. Also, for the record, it doesnt seem like most of the workers are chinese themselves, which doesn’t bother me but I know is a factor for some who want a “more authentic” feel.

SAD! First started getting takeout from here about 7/8 years ago, and it used to always hit every single time. The last time was about a year ago and the lo mein was dreadful. Tonight we ordered Fried Rice from here and it was so depressing- rice was so pale and barely “fried”, dry, bland, no eggs (which my family loves) and overall just sad looking and tasting.

Food is very hit and miss. I have gone to this establishments on a few occasions. Sometimes the food is really good, other times the food is not good. Sometimes the lo mein is spot on, other times they put too much salt on it. They’re very inconsistent.

I’m a fan of their combo meals. They fill them up to the brim and I can never finish in on sitting. They are tastey and everything is freshly made. Service is great! They gentleman behind the counter recognizes me everytime I come in and greets me by name. Makes me feel special. Over all it is an awesome place and the prices are in line with most places I’ve eaten so I don’t feel like I’m paying too much.
