First of all, the coffee was really tasty. The prices were very reasonable and the kitty time is BOGO right now. Secondly, the cat time was amazing. Not all the cats wanted to play but 2 even came up to us and 1 sat in my lap!! The service was also so amazing. I didn’t catch her name but our barista was very friendly!

My two teenage nieces and I thought this was a great way to spend an hour! Lots of cuddly kitties all eager to play. It sure seemed like the cats enjoyed us as much as we enjoyed them. The hour package was the right amount of time (for only $3 more than the 30 minute package). Cats really loved the treats, but since they only let you buy one per person, make sure you don’t give them out in the first few minutes. The coffee was excellent. Can’t wait to go back.

We loved the cats. Though at the time we arrived, it was probably nap time for them (cats are cats and they sleep throughout most of the day, so I can’t complain about that). Banshee the Bobtail is kind of a meanie (to my girlfriend at least), but I know she’s just a cat who prefers to have her personal space (she was cool with me though). Ghost and his brother (I forgot his name ) are a silly pair. But my favorite out of all of them was Rumpletiltskin, a siamese cat, though he hated the other cats, he really liked people, and me in particular (he was ready to depart from my girlfriend at any time but hesitated to leave me). I still remember when our time was up in the lounge with the cats, Rumpletiltskin did not want me to go. Now, as with any café, I must speak of the food. For my girlfriend, they had some pretty refreshing lemonade, meanwhile I’ve ordered a London Fog, honestly, the London fog could use a little help (though the cats really wanted my drink, I was like “no, this is not for you.”). Overall, a good experience for anyone who likes cats or have a fascination with Asian cultures (since the concept of Cat Cafés originated in Taiwan and are extremely popular in Japan).

I’ll definitely be coming back! Sun City Kitty is fun and way more affordable than I was expecting. Staff is really friendly, the drinks are tasty, and the kitties are ADORABLE! An hour appointment plus a bag of treats per person is so worth the price, especially for someone who loves cats but can’t have one currently!

My son and I LOOOOOOVED hanging out at the kitty cafe! Staff were lovely and they explained the procedure well. My son was so happy playing with the cats! They were all so sweet and well behaved. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Sun City Kitty Cafe for creating this wonderful experience for us cat lovers!

I want to start off by saying how I love that this cat café exist, I always wanted to go to one and now I am able to! The cats are so adorable and it’s so fun spending time with them. However the customer service here isn’t that good, the times that I’ve gone there’s this staff member named Megan who is rude. I wish the service was better because that would make the overall experience better than how it was.

This was my daughter, and I’s first time visiting! We heard that they will be building one in Las Cruces where we live so we decided to visit the one in El Paso first! The idea is great and we really enjoyed it. We have cats so she understands how to be around them. Most we’re friendly and playful, others were napping or stayed to themselves.
I give them 5 stars and hope more people visit the Solana Las Cruces location, and decide to adopt!

Signed up online for the cat room and I didn’t see how to add each guest. When I got there they helped me out and added my kids. We waited a few minutes so the cat room could accommodate us. The staff was nice and polite.

Everyone here is so lovely, from the owners to the employees to the cats themselves! I know it’s kind of silly to review a place that’s only been open for a week, but I’m so excited about it.
We went for the grand opening and we were so happy to see so many people who also love it and want to see it succeed.
