I got the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl. Different from usual teriyaki spots, the rice had a bit of cheese on top and came with some cooked broccoli which i love. The quality of the chicken is fantastic. Probably going to be trying the chicken sandwich next!

I think the ownership has changed recently and honestly, the food tastes even better now! The chicken is perfectly grilled, the teriyaki sauce is richer and more flavorful, and the portions are still huge. Everything feels fresher and more balanced than before. The new team seems to be doing an amazing job. Definitely my favorite teriyaki spot around!

I’ve tried a lot of teriyaki spots around Greater Seattle, but this place won me over on the very first visit! The owner is super friendly and polite, the food looks amazing, and everything tastes incredible. Definitely a 5-star spot!

Not good. I am a big fan of Chicken Katsu, but Chicken Katsu is supposed to be made of Chicken Breast Cutlet (white meat chicken). Many places don’t make it right, so I asked the employee if it was made with white meat or dark meat. For some reason he was unable to answer the question. I asked several times in several different ways. Not sure if he didn’t understand or just didn’t speak English. I ended up ordering a half/half with Katsu and the regular chicken Teriyaki. I had to order through the self serve kiosk because I was unable to communicate with the employee. The total for the bowl ended up being $25 (pretty overpriced in my opinion). The Katsu was dark meat. I don’t like dark meat chicken, which is why I was trying to ask the employee. I ended up having to throw all the Katsu away. The chicken teriyaki wasn’t much better. It was chicken breast, but it was very low quality meat. It was rubbery and slimey and very very not good. I ended up throwing away about 90% of that too. Overall a terrible experience. I paid $25 for a meal that ultimately had to be thrown away and I ended up having cereal for dinner.

Food is very good. The classic teryaki chicken comes with cheese over the rice. It’s such a delecious thing to add to this dish. The egg rolls are also very tasty. The regular portion of food can feed two people easily. The dining room is not very cozy, and there are no garbage cans. Recommend doing takeout! There really is not a lot of service. When you enter the restaurant, you order on a screen and have hardly any interaction with any employees.

We got takeout here a few months ago, and it was a real mixed experience. Price wise, it seems a bit expensive at first, but the amount of food they give you is INSANE. I’m not exaggerating, we had multiple days of meals from the two items we ordered. The ingredients are fresh and very high quality; the chicken had no gristle or bad bits you can’t eat.

So why only three stars? Because, unfortunately, the food is quite bland and lacking in much flavour. Worse, the teriyaki sauce was a sort of…gelatin. You can see looking at the photo how it’s not sauce, it’s a gloopy substance. The food was picked up right from the kitchen fresh and I was eating it within 10 minutes. So it was hot, but the teriyaki “gel” wouldn’t melt. That was pretty gross.

One of their “signature” things is putting cheese with the rice. The first bite I had, I thought “Oh, this is pretty tasty!”. By the third bite I was more “Huh, this is kind of weird tasting”. Re-heating the rice later? It’s not good at all. So I am not a fan of cheese in rice.

Maybe I’ll try this place again in a while and hope they at least switch to teriyaki sauce. ‍♂️

Service was great and food came out quickly for our group of five. Unaware of closing time, we stayed late and received no hassle. We didn’t feel rushed at all. We saw the chicken being cut after we placed our order. Fresh, hot, and delicious. Orange chicken had a crunch to it despite being covered in sauce, which we all enjoyed. Recommend!

I stopped in on a whim and I’m so glad that I did. I got a large, spicy chicken and it was delicious! This was probably the most tender and moist chicken teriyaki that I’ve ever had! The rice had a little cheese on it and was really good as well. I will definitely be back to try something else!

This place was a great find! I’m picky on teriyaki and hard to please but everything we tried was great! We saw the rating on google and thought we’d see if it lived up to its rating and it did – and their food / health department rating was excellent as well! We tried the beef and broccoli and the chicken katsu – great flavors and big portions!

Cheesy Teriyaki! I wasn’t sure about the layer of mozzarella, but it works. It gives a richness without being overpowering. Otherwise, very good teriyaki with broccoli as the side instead of cabbage salad.
