This place is a order and sit down kind of place or take out. The food was GREAT perfect taste and the sushi rolls were perfect. I wished we could have ate more. Tried the miso soup shrimp yakisobo plate and multiple rolls. Crunch roll, birthday roll, spicy tuna roll and others. All were great. Y’all are lucky to have such a great spot and prices were amazing.

We love Sumo and have never had anything that wasn’t prepared perfectly. It is consistently good every time. The hibachi, clear soup, cheese wontons, edamame and ALL the sushi are our go-to’s. We prefer to eat in but it’s extremely popular for take out as well. This is one of our favorite spots where we know the whole family will leave happy!

I’m a weekly regular at my place back home so it’s hard to review anywhere else However, the sushi was pretty delicious and the cost/ quantity/quality was a nice surprise.
The young woman running the register was attentive, warm, and one heck of a multi tasker.

OG: We have been here multiple times now so this is a review about consistency. They are on it. We have never had a problem with them. The sushi is wonderful, fresh, well prepared. We love so many of the rolls. You really cannot go wrong with any of them. Service is always friendly. We live really close to here and have even ordered take out and it was still superb! We really only go for sushi but the tofu yakisoba entree is SO good. Awesome salty umami flavor on the tofu and the noodles have a nice texture. Loved it. One thing though, gotta try the miso soup! It comes out piping hot but it is so good to have while eating the sushi. I love the combo. And they know how to make it, full of flavor, tofu and seaweed.
A few rolls to absolutely try are: House roll, crunchy roll, snow crab roll, godzilla roll, red dragon.. just a few but really cannot go wrong!
Place is always clean and the workers seem to be like a well oiled machine. We will continue eating here.

Food was very good! Came out quicker than expected. We dined in. Bathrooms are clean. Staff was very friendly even when I was confused about what I ordered.

Tried the volcano sushi rolls & the hibachi shrimp yakisoba.The sushi wasn’t bad but they were mini & I wish I’d asked for a sauce for them.& the yakisoba noodles tasted weird too me. maybe they were cooked in sesame oil or something but they had a weird taste like that but the shrimp & veggies were good.

Food was done very well!! Teriyaki is like a real teriyaki, not too sweet. The sashimi was excellent!!! Will go back soon. Quality was excellent.
