Best curry I’ve had on island so far , & the auntie & uncle working up front are super sweet ♡ I always order the mini katsu curry ( spicy ) with the gyoza They pair great together . This place is unassuming but if you’re hungry for fast food ramen/curry, this is the place. It is affordable and no-nonsense. It is also always warm inside if you dine in. I always get the curry udon. Mochiko chicken is also one you can’t go without. Also on a side note: my stomach always hurts afterwards. I’m not sure why, maybe cause i overindulge or maybe there’s a particular ingredient my stomach doesn’t like. Either way, I always say I won’t return but…..I do. Parking is in the shopping center.

Sumo Ramen is a place I go to whenever I’m not sure where I really want to eat. It has a pretty good food for great prices and a huge selection of offerings. I had the Mochiko Chicken Curry plate which filled me up for just under $10. Come when you want to play it safe and want affordable filling dishes.

We are on holidays from Australia and went on a Go Hawaii tour yesterday with Ian as our guide who recommended we try Sumo Ramen.
It was great! The staff were lovely and very attentive. The food was great and the prices were extremely reasonable.
Would recommend a visit to anyone wanting quick, cheap yet high quality food.

The gyoza was good and fried rice was good, the ramen tbh was really bad, left a lot to be desired, the bean sprouts also tasted bad, had a weird taste to them, I was hoping to have some ramen to help calm my stomach but did not get that unfortunately, prices for amount of food aren’t bad at all.
