Ordered what is described as a sashimi bowl, got steak and chicken. Called to let them know their menu is incorrect and the lady just started arguing with me about what I ordered. If you are going to use a takeout service at least verify what your menu says.

My husband ordered me the fried crab sticks for my hormonal cravings the item is listed and described simply as fried crab. what arrived was not even close to real crab meat simply deep fried imitation crab aka ” fish meat pressed into the shape of a crab leg. ” I tried the sushi holding out hope something in this order would be enjoyable and was greeted with slimey , bland disgusting sushi. Mind you I am a chef and have been for 9 years … I know good food and this is as far from good as you can get without getting sick…if I could rate 0 stars I would.

Very disappointed. Ordered the volcano rolls. Too much cream cheese. Outside was not crispy. I made the mistake of thinking this was the same as the Sumo in Hardeeville. My coworker shared this same thing with me from there and it was delicious! Ordered the teriyaki chicken and shrimp for my husband. I hope he enjoys his meal.

You order from the counter and seat yourself, but the food is brought to your table.
My daughter had the chicken express bowl. It was great. Nice serving size for the price, and the chicken was cooked to order.
I had the three roll combo with the house roll, salmon avocado roll, and spicy tuna roll. All of the sushi was great, but the house roll was my favorite.
Food came out really quick and all of the staff were pleasant.
Edit: We have been back here several times now; my entire family loves it. Great food for great prices.

Wanted sushi for lunch and wanted to try a different place. Bring on Sumo Sushi. We had the Pooler Roll and the Special, I think it was called the Crab Stick Roll. I also had the Express Steak Bowl and my wife had the Express Shrimp Plate. Everything was on point.
Sushi was very good and I recommend trying the Ginger Sauce. No wait staff. You order at the counter and seat yourself. Worth a try if you like sushi.

Food: I would say this is somewhat of an “Express” Sushi and Hibachi spot. They have limited dining inside. I opted for the Volcano and Savannah Roll with an Express Shrimp Bowl to go. The rolls came out Quick but did not lack in portion size and flavor.
Service was quick. I would definitely come back!

Great sushi, great bowls, great everything. Loved it, will definitely be back. House roll was delicious, shrimp tempura roll was a bit big but still delicious, and the steak bowl was wonderful.

The service was great, the atmosphere was standard but clean, and the food was delicious and a huge portion at a really reasonable price. Haven’t been this satisfied with a lunch option in ages. Some of us had hibachi, some had sushi, everyone was happy.

Okay, this place is probably the best sushi place in pooled in my opinion. The customer service isn’t bad the only problem with the customer service is that they don’t really speak alot of English, which you can tell they try there hardest to understand you and I believe that they can understand you it’s just that they don’t speak it as well as they do understanding it. But over all this is the best sushi place ever!!!!! Highly recommend! And if you decide to come here I recommend the spicy shrimp roll.

Love this place. Me and my family come here about once a week. I’ve tried the yakisoba noodles, the gyoza, the spring rolls, and the hibachi dinner plates. I’ve never once been disappointed. The food is always consistent and tastes good! Highly recommend
