Service was decent and food came out fast but it wasn’t all correct and we had to ask several times for the same sauces. Lemon Pepper Hot wings came out Lemon Pepper Mild and the Mild wings came out Hot. The Chicken Teriyaki was supposed to have extra sauce and had light sauce added but not throughout. The dumplings/pot stickers were beef so I was ecstatic they weren’t pork like most places! I’d return but if I had the same problems I would never return.

Called the order in once I arrived to pick it up it wasn’t even hot asked for fried rice got home and it was steamed rice. This was on mundy mill the other store is on point and the cashier is super nice always opens up the tray to see if it’s correct. Mundy Mill store please do better

It seemed weird that a restaurant would choose wings and hibachi, because they’re foods that usually require a lot of focus across the operation to get right consistently. Instantly made sense when I realized they dont cook either one well. Never seen rice done so poorly that it was actually kinda impressive.

Normally, this place is great and quick. Last night was a big miss. They took forever and provided seafood/cocktail sauce with mozzarella sticks instead of marinara. We go here regularly and hope our next visit is better. I’ll update my review and rating accordingly.

I had raw fries and the Philly with cheese was dripping wet No one wants a soggy sandwich also my wings were dry. The manager said he sorry there is nothing he can do. I would think twice about ordering here ” Customer Service”-you should correct your wrongs. The customer is always right. I will tell everyone not to eat here anymore…. Must be the new management
