It’s always like visiting family at Summit Ridge. Terry, Jen, & and Randy make you feel welcome and at home. Great food and hospitality. Their Thursday night car shows are not to be missed.

What a great restaurant. We went for Friday fish fry. We had the shrimp and fried cod. It was absolutely delicious. The salad bar was great. The sides were perfect, we had the asparagus and twice baked potato.

The food here is definitely not fresh. The smothered chicken was a large breast covered with a small amount of onions, peppers and mushrooms with two pieces of pepper jack melted on the top. Chicken was tasty but did not taste fresh cooked. The plate would have looked more appealing if they had placed the melted cheese first and then truly smothered the chicken with vegetables.The asparagus was soggy pieces-definitely canned or frozen. Husband’s twice baked potato was dry and definitely a frozen food item. Salad bar had minimal items for green salad and rolls came out of a package. Here we are in the middle of farm country paying for food I could have bought in the freezer aisle and heated up myself. The staff was nice but sadly we would not recommend.

Had great time last Thursday evening. Definitely go back. Bring a different car next time. Come on down there is no charge open to all cars and trucks, live music and free drawings. Had 75 show up last Thurs night.

We probably won’t be back for dinner. Saturday evening we ordered a ribeye steak, med rare. It was very fatty and had no flavor. Also ordered the salmon that was tasty but on the cool side. The sad part about the meal was the vegetable, asparagus was soggie. Found out it was from a can. The 2x baked potatoes were cold. Our server was busy so to get her attention was hard. Sorry to say we won’t be back.

This is our second visit in a week, we came for the chicken and dumplings on Wednesday and back for the fish fry today. On both occasions the food was delicious, hot and a good value. The service was friendly and excellent, thanks Bryanne (not sure of spelling) and Jane. Randy the co-owner is very personable and welcoming. Will definitely be back.
