Summit Pizza Independence since 2023 is well-suited for families, small groups and large groups, featuring 20 beers on tap, cocktails, and wine, in addition to standard beverages. We have an extensive menu 11am to 9pm. We also offer a famous daily lunch buffet from 11am to 2pm, which includes our made-from-scratch hand-tossed and St. Louis-style thin pizzas, a full retro salad bar, cheesy sticks, and pasta. Over priced buffet for mid quality pizza. Opened at 1100. Arrived at 1130, pizza appeared old, thin crust was tough and chewy.

December 24th, we were on our way to grab dinner and many places were closed at 7 pm. We decided to try this place out. I walked in and didn’t think much of the place. We were seated and asked for drinks. We promptly received our beverages and then server came and said hello. We were asked if we had been here before and given suggestions. Server was very friendly and probably the best service out of the last 20 restaurants I’ve been to. While we waited I noticed games… wow! What fun! I won 3 stuffed animals and me and my fiance had a blast. Definitely returning with my kids…

We were hoping to find our new favorite pizza spot! Garlic bread was a hoagie bun with cheese melted on top for $6 (happy hour price). Our server was nice and kept our drinks filled but appetizers and pizza took a long time to come to the table. There were 3 other tables of people, that I could see. The Trivia cards at the table was a good idea to help pass the time. For the price, we were expecting better quality food.

Had the best experience at the lunch buffet. Bumped into the owner unknowingly and chatted about the pizza options and the fun neon lights in the windows. The pizza was delicious, the server was fantastic, and there were many options to choose from. The owner even said they take requests if there is something missing from the buffet that we liked or if we need a hot cheese or pep ready for the kiddos. Loved the vibe. Will return.

They have a magic show every other Thursday oerformed by a magician named David David. We brought a sizeable group here for dinner this week with some children to see the show. The staff had no problem keeping up with us and the server was very polite. The salad bar was fresh, the pizza came out hot and yummy. Good place all around and we will see them again in the future.

Just left from eating here. Came for a pizza buffet not realizing they only have lunch buffet. Didn’t mind so we ordered a large Supreme pizza. Hand tossed for the crust. I loved every bite!! Will def come back and try out the buffet. Clean bathrooms also. I gave the atmosphere only 4 stars because of the lack of decor and looks like they need to dust and wipe things down. Walking to the restrooms it does look like a clean place. Just need to add some Xtra clean to sidewalk. Also as the only real decor where out booth was cards on ceiling with no explanation why. Yes food was good service was good and we will be back!!!

Amazing price for how good the pizza and mix drinks are. Love the happy hour and will be back almost every Sunday for their Sunday pizza deal. LOVED our waiter, he had a pony tail and was seriously amazing at his job.we almost mistook him for the owner because of how passionate he was about this place. Tried the Mai Tai, hard cream soda, and sour blood orange drink. All phenomenal for happy hour. This is going to be our new place to go for happy hour!

My family ordered three pizzas To-Go because it was on our way to a Christmas hangout at my mother-in-law’s. Ordering was super easy, the lady taking our order was helpful and kind, and everything was kept nice and warm for us. We’ll definitely be ordering from here again!

Toppings and cheese were really good. Crust was pretty basic but biggest complaint is there is almost zero sauce at all. Might as well have been cheese bread.
